Ok folks This one is pretty simple since the intrest is out there i'm going to be doing two example sheets one my main character and the other My jedi NPC for those who want to be Jedi (I will be accepting 4 Jedi Players only) The setting is detailed in my previous post as well as my character creation rules (Jedi limited to two force powers,one saber style and races are limited to canon races) Copy and paste my sheet without my filled in info of course and I will start approval.

Background:Born to a Prisoner couple on Kessel Zach grew up a slave in the Infamous Imperial Prison camp working in the mines from the time he was 5 years old when he was 17 there was a prisoner uprising and in the crackdown Zach's parents were killed by Storm Troopers. Zach managed to escape on a shuttle to nearby Nar Shadda where he met an older retired smuggler who operated a Cantina and Criminal Haven. It was there Zach learned various aspects of the smuggler lifestyle as an emplolyee of The old smuggler skills he would later need when Col Serria came looking for people to join the Rebel Allince as part of a new Unit nicknamed Renegade Squadron. Too old to fight the old smuggler sent Zach with Serria in his place and The 18 year old served with honor In many Famous and not so famous battles with the Squadron, After the battle of Endor Renegade Squadron disbanded and went back to thier old lifestyles, Zach not having a previous Scum lifestyle to go back to Stayed with the Rebel Allince and later the New Republic Defense Force rising through the ranks quietly staying in the Shadows and Behind the scenes as he had always done.

Background: Born on Bakura Tom was rasied under the shadow of the empire when it was discovred that he was a Force sensetive he was immedtaly taken from his parents and sent to the sith Acamady on Korriban for training. But he was freed by a group of Grey jedi the leader of which was his long lost Father and raised to help bring balance to the force. Tom stayed in hiding throughout the war acting as a restince fighter on Bakura after the war and the ssi-ruk invasion Tom was Contacted by Luke Skywalker and joined his New Jedi Order obatining the Rank of Jedi Master beacuse of his Exprince and skill with the force. He carries both his Orginal Grey & Black Lightsaber and his New blue Jedi Saber using one or the other depending on what he needs to come off as.

Two questions, are the Jedi Xerx's apprentices, subordinates, etc.? Or are we his peers, he's just the guy in charge? The second question, would you mind me trading out a force Power for another saber style? Simply for the character to make more sense in my mind.

Appearance/Race: Grissk is a Trandoshan, scales dark and glossy, his eyes a burnt yellow with the standard black slits in the middle. He stands a bit smaller than the average for his species only 1.8 meters tall and only around 130 kilos. He normally wears a sleeveless vest and scale-tight pants underneath his robes, and spurns the use of shoes. He wears a belt-droid around his robe to translate for those that cannot speak/understand Dosh. He could speak Galactic Common if he wanted to, but he feels better suited to his native language.

He keeps his lightsaber on his belt as well, a dual-phase azure bladed saber, the hilt curved to better fit his hand and slightly longer should he need to bring his full strength to bear.

Background:Grissk was the smallest of his family from the time he was born. When he was little more than an infant, he was sold to a Sith by the name of Garic, a Chiss who took him for experimentation originally, but after following a hunch, found Grissk to be quite a powerful force user, and took him as a slave and apprentice. Moreso of one(guess which) than the other. The two moved from planet to planet for over a decade, never staying in one place longer than six galactic standard months. He did many things, some horrible, others relatively innocent.

As he aged, he was found to be much more proficient in the use of a saber, and this both delighted and horrified Garic the Chiss, who began attempting to use his Force powers to erase the experiences he had learned whilst under his tutelage, a slave who could almost outfight a fully-fledged Sith, and he was barely more than a child. This culminated eventually a year later in a fight that ended with Garic and Grissk both badly wounded, when a Jedi and his once Padawan, now peer, friend, and traveling companion, that had been searching for the Chiss for the better part of the time they had been running from place to place.

Grissk snarled at them, a cortosis woven vibrosword in his remaining hand, the other arm keeping his innards from falling out. They waited for him to fall into unconsciousness and took both he and his "master" to the Jedi council, Garic was sentenced and Grissk never saw him again, while he, at the age of 14, was accepted into the Jedi order from the fear of another powerful Dark Side user, as well as a certain compassion they had for someone in his position.

It took him slightly longer than some to master his emotions, as he'd been brought up with the Dark Side and Passion, therefore he was unable to enter into the Trials an extra four years than was normal. There were times when he doubted himself and almost left to continue his instruction alone and "fall" again to the Dark Side, but he pulled through, and this strength of will has served him well. He knows exactly how easy it is to fall from the Light side of the force, and although he still uses skills and powers associated with the Dark Side, he views it as another triumph, as each time he uses them and continues to be Jedi, he strikes yet another blow to the dark part of his psyche, and the Sith themselves.

He has since regrown his hand and his belly is clear of almost all scars since that incident, his species' abilities taking care of them.

I'll allow two saber styles if it would fir the character more in the place of a force power. As for Xerx he is the master in charge. Because of the size of the Carrier there is going to be a small Jedi temple the other jedi would be Knights handpicked by him and approved by Luke Skywalker. The ship will be working in the outer rim region and the Jedi chosen were picked beacause of their background and/or their repuations

A heroine who could bluff every single spectator fond of gunfights and even the devil wouldn't dance with her. A wild woman who has weathered a decade of adventure and combat, emerging as a hired gun with a crazed, animalistic drive. Though she identified herself as a bounty hunter, she held no guild allegiance, answered to no benefactor, and seemed to have no need of riches.

In addition to her volatile nature, Jen was a walking arsenal. She was proficient with ranged weapons like her twin blasters, net launchers and tranquilizer darts, energy shields to parry lightsaber attacks, grappling cables as well as an extensively modified swoop bike.

Background: Kaelen was born on Coruscant. His father was a well known Jedi master and his mother was a shop keeper. Kaelen like all other Miraluka was born blind. He used the force since birth, using force sght to be able to see the world. When his father held him for the first time, he could already see his strong connection to the force. Even for a Miraluka he had an unusually strong connection with it. He took him to the Jedi academy on Coruscant the same day.

Kaelen was raised inside a Jedi academy. He was determent to one day become a Jedi master, and for this purpose he trained a lot. His growth and connection to the force were remarkable, but his personality was a bit of a problem. Kaelen was a very active and stubborn child, always exploring new things even if it meant breaking the rules. He also didn't have any respect for authority; this meant he was punished regularly for breaking the rules. The Jedi's thought that he would calm down as he grew older, they were wrong.

Kaelen kept challenging authority throughout his childhood, and he was seen as a real trouble maker. But nobody could doubt his conviction to become a Jedi; he became a padawan at a very young age. As a last effort to teach his son some manners, his father accepted him under his wing. This strained their relation much, as they were nothing alike in how they wanted to handle assignments. Kaelen found an old retired Sith during one of his missions, he decided not to turn him in. Instead he went to him for additional training and he began learning the more dangerous side of the force from him.

However much Kaelen and his father disagree on things, he had to admit that his son made an excellent jedi. He did bend the rules, but only to save civilians and get their mission done faster. He signed his son up for the Jedi exams, which he passed with flying colors. But because of his young age they didn't want to make him a jedi knight yet. He needed to be tested more first, so he was sent on this assignment. To prove that he was on jedi knight level, without the constant guidance of his old master. Kaelen still has much to learn, but he is well on his way to becoming a powerful jedi.

Appearance: Alysia is short of build - only about 5ft tall - with long greenish-gold hair, green eyes, and dark skin. As a ghostling, she glows slightly; though thanks to her darker then normal skin, it blends into the background somewhat better then others of her race. She wears the robes of the Jedi order proudly and as often as she can, though when forced to wear somethign different (by culture or nessesity), she goes for lighter clothing as only aggravates her limited strength.

Background: Alysia was born on Datar; an inner rim world of sparse population. She had the great inconvenience to be born a day before the Battle of Datar; not far from where the Rebel base was located. As a result, Alysia never knew her parents. Fortuitously for her, the Empire had not been interested (at least that day) in the destruction of the Ghostlings; only the rebel base. Because of this, she survived - raised by fellow survivors of the attack.

Alysia grew up never really knowing the Empire; their fall began while she was 5; barely halfway to adulthood for ghostlings. Her childhood was fairly boring all things concerned. She'd grew up hearing the stories of the rebels and the empire, the interstellar war between order and freedom. It was hard for her; she like most ghostlings, wished to see more and experience more, but being so young was denied the chance. She grew up wishing to leave Datar, despite the danger, to see the galaxy that seemed so far, far away.

After the Empire's fall, she got her chance. With Master Skywalker rebuilding the order, and Datar being so close to the newly reclaimed Coruscant, it was only a matter of time before someone noticed her potential. It was in the early days of the New Republic that Master Xerx visited Datar; for reasons that she still doesn't know, and found her among the people. It wasn't hard; Being endlessly curious and having never seen an alien before, she was one of the crowd of people who ran to see the stranger. Xerx, recognized the signs of her force potential; though what tipped him off is still beyond her knowledge. He offered Alysia the chance to learn to control the powers she never knew she had, and wishing only to see more then she had ever before, she jumped at the chance - almost literally.

It's been 13 years since that day, and she has seen hundreds of worlds and countless people. She still enjoys it; though she tries to be more reserved about her joy in deference to her Master. Over the years, she has collected all sorts of strange items from people she has met - little medallions, trinkets, toys. As a result, she has turned into something of a souvenir collector; but only items that she thinks are interesting and memorable. She tends to wear a different sentimental item around her neck each day, and claims to remember the story behind each and every one of them. Whether she does or not is anyone's guess - if asked, she always has a story read but not even master Xerx can remember if the story is true or not.

Over the years, she has learned a pair of force abilities; each with a very specific purpose. Being a ghostling, her body is much weaker then that of other creatures. Merely holding her hand too hard could leave bruises for months, and in a sustained fight she risks death far more then most. As a result, she begged the masters to teach her the Force Barrier technique to protect herself from such danger. She's taken to keeping the barrier up to some small degree whenever she's conscious, and always when on a planet that's too high gravity for her to survive normally. For similar reasons, she convinced Master Xerx to reach her Force Heal so that she might further help herself and others in need. She has followed the Shii-Cho style of light saber combat to further her ability to defend herself; begin a highly defensive style. Always a strange person, When Alysia crafted her lightsaber, she opted for a long-handled, crossguard lightsaber; leaving nearly everyone wondering why

Appearance: Six feet tall, average weight, and strong build. He usually wears into combat a suit of Imperial Stormcommando Mk.6. Katarn armour that has been heavily modified and upgraded by Titus to meet the standards of the Mk. 3 Katarn Night Ops Armour. Also it has had it's helmet replaced with one which is reminiscent of the archetypal Mandalorian t-slit, it has been repainted in republic colours, and it has had a leather Kama as well as a mando iron pauldron added for extra protection.

Background: Over time the generation ship (that will remain nameless) Titus had been born on was running out of resources which forced it to turn to scavenging to survive. At the age of eighteen Titus had been part of a raiding party that had ran into an imperial star destroyer that was assumed abandoned. During the raid he was captured by an imperial remnant, and forced to watch the ship he had lived on his entire life crippled and destroyed. He and his party were tortured to death until only Titus remained. As a "reward" for surviving thus far he was incorporated into a nearby planet's slave population which the imperials were using to produce supplies. During a revolt he managed to kill a stormtrooper and use their armour to sneak back onboard the stardestroyer. Once onboard he snuck his way to a communications terminal where he broadcasted a distress signal on all of the frequencies he could remember. Eventually a republic ship came and during the chaos of the ensuing combat Titus killed his way into the armoury where he reclaimed what was left of his squads gear as well as the gear of one of the guards. He killed his way to one of the escape pods and after launching was eventually rescued by the republic ship. He was recruited into their marine force which was eventually transferred to his current posting.

The weapons that he carries are generally nonstandard and include a knuckleplate vibroblade built into his armour, a Verpine version of an old Trandosian ACPAG design, a heavy blaster pistol, an Echani vibrosword (modified with an Ostrine Edge, an Enhanced Energy Cell, and a Basket Hilt) that belonged to his father, an Arkanian built holdout pistol that belonged to his father, and an Arkanian assault blaster (rifle) that belonged to his brother.

Criticisms, Suggestions, and Corrections (as to history as I am unfamiliar with the majority of the EU) are welcome.

hmm i like the characters so far...my only concern is floris in that Force lighting really isn't a jedi power despite what dark forces II might say. And having that power would concern both Master Xerx and Luke and he would most likely not be put on the task force for fear of the dark side tempting him too much...my advice would be to choose a more grey force power or at least a power that isn't so obviously dark side.

Devin had a rather unremarkable childhood on the planet Gelda, were he lived with his mother and father who were both proud supporters of the Empire. Devin was never as passionate about the government as his parents. Instead, he found a calling in speeder bikes. As a child and teen, Devin enjoyed riding, fixing, and modifying swoops to his hearts content. He hoped to go on to be a professional racer, but his parents had other plans. By the time Devin was 18, the Empire had been reduced to a shadow of it's former self. Devin's parent said that the Empire needed good men, that everyone had to do their part. And thus Devin Raitor was enlisted in the Stormtrooper Corps.

When his affinity with speeder bikes was discovered, he was transferred to Scout Trooper training. The rushed training still left Devin with his fair share of resentment for the Empire. Once trained, Devin and his squad were deployed around the Imperial Remnant, engaging the New Republic in many small skirmishes. He quickly proved himself to be a skilled speeder pilot, and a good shot to boot. His finest hours were during the Empire's "Final Push". It was here that Devin saw first hand the unhinged brutality of the Empire. Even so, he continued to do his job, but the seeds of doubt were planted. When his unit was surrounded during the Third Battle of Taris, Devin convinced his Sargent to surrender. They spent the rest of the war under arrest and weren't released until after the Pellaeon?Gavrisom Treaty.

Once released, most of the squad returned to the Empire or moved into Hutt Space. Devin, on the other hand, enlisted in the New Republic's military, mostly because he knew it would be the steadiest job available. He was allowed to join, but only after an excessive amount of screening. He's been shuffled from team to team since, no one ever fully trusting him. Recently, he's been reassigned to a cruiser tasked with patrolling the outer rim. He's not sure if he's there for his expertise, or if the brass just wants him out of the way.

Homeworld: Iridia
Background: Born on an outlying colony, Sandur lived a fairly normal life. He wasn't a member of the highest or lowest class, his family simply existed with many others in the cities. Sandur had a natural gift for most athletic and academic fields, excelling in school but finding it dull. At the age of eighteen, he left his home to join the Republic Army. A recruiter had come by his school, the Zabrak tended to make good front-line soldiers and those were hard to come by now. To many's surprise, Sandur's skill with a blaster was unrivaled, carrying over to beam rifles and other sniping tools. His unorthodox reflexes combined with an affinity to learning strategies made him quickly rise in the ranks of the army up to his current position.

As of now, he has been known to simply dive into battle. Withering opposing factions down with sniper fire from a distance and then charging with two specialized blaster pistols. The strategy apparently works because he is still alive and has managed to talk his way to the top. He is also a great pilot and is not afraid to move his skills into space if need be.

Background: Raised on Bakura, and almost normally until they noticed his small force ability. It wasn't his force that made him impressive, though, it was his memory and agility. He could easily remember small details, and so he was put in the library. He trained himself normally by day, and with old manuals at night, looking up exotic techniques and implementing them with a high success rating. He became a padawan at a normal age, and has been put on this assignment to prove his worth.

I'm sure I made a few mistakes, as I'm unfamiliar with the EU. Tell me how bad I screwed up.

Thank you. I try to make a lot of my characters with a certain shtick. This guy is interesting because most of the characters I make are very Lawful (James of Star Brigade, Del of SW:Total War, and so on) but this one, not so much. He doesn't really have anything he believes in, he's just a man who's very good at his job. I think he's going to be fun to play, if only for the interesting story arch(s) that I hope will arise. But now I find myself rambling. Anyway, thanks for accepting me.

Appearance: Cadius is tall and lanky, standing at 193cm and weighing 75 kilograms. He wears his dark brown hair fairly short, but shaggy. He looks a good bit younger than he actually is - which isn't all good, he still can't grow halfway decent facial hair. His eyes are a very dark shade of blue, almost passing for black from a distance. He dresses in simple clothing in brown, blue, and black as a general rule, although he augments it with a gunbelt from which hangs a DE-10 blaster pistol at all times. Often he wears a long brown coat that covers his blaster, allowing him some degree of subtlety regarding his weaponry.

Equipment: A DE-10 blaster pistol. His DE-10 has been modified, the trigger guard removed and the sights filed down to facilitate a faster draw. Likewise, at all times he carries a vibroknife concealed in a sheath underneath the left sleeve of his shirt. The vibroknife has an upgraded ultrasonic frequency generator, making it completely silent rather than giving off the telltale hum of most vibroweapons.

When expecting a trouble, Cadius augments his gear with a suit of Stormtrooper armor he "acquired". The armor has been modified with a dark blue paint job and improved optics, allowing him good peripheral vision even while wearing the armor as well as built in electrobinoculars.

In addition to this he carries an E-11 carbine that he has extensively modified with a direct uplink to his helmet optics, a tibanna gas canister allowing for superior penetration and damage, and higher grade lenses allowing for enhanced accuracy from the norm. In addition, Cadius carries a number of lightweight add-ons in his pack, allowing him to quickly add a lengthened barrel, scope, and stock to convert it from a carbine to an assault rifle, and from there to a sniper rifle in a matter of seconds.

Cadius' ship, the Ace of Sabres is a YT-2000 light freighter that has been extensively modified, including upgraded shields able to take multiple hits from a Star Destroyer's main turbolaser batteries before they begin to fail - sublight engines, giving it comparable acceleration and maneuverability to a heavy starfighter or bomber, sensors with vastly greater range and effectiveness. Weapons have likewise been augmented, the laser cannon turrets have been upgraded to quads for vastly greater firing rate, while forward firepower is granted by a pair of nose-mounted light turbolasers.

A number of sensor-shielded compartments are throughout the ship. These compartments are effectively invisible to anything short of a point blank direct scan, unless you know how to open them up.

The original Hyperdrive has been removed and replaced with a Class 1 Hyperdrive, allowing it to outrun most pursuers fast enough to catch it in sublight if it can escape into Hyperspace.

The cockpit section has been modified to be able to detach from the rest of the frame - primarily as an escape pod, although it lacks anything except life support and weak sublight thrusters.

Homeworld: Nar Shaddaa

Background: Cadius was born on Nar Shaddaa and spent much of his early life on the streets of that great planet-city, scavenging and stealing to survive, one of a billion other abandoned or orphaned children - Cadius doesn't know which, and doesn't really give a damn either way. As he came into his adolescence he fell into the employ of Jakken Hoss, a gang leader on Black Sun's payroll, and spent much of his teens working for that organization as a thief and occasional enforcer, learning how to use his fists and a blaster.

At the age of seventeen, Cadius narrowly survived the death of Hoss and his gang as they were rapidly wiped out by agents of Godorion the Hutt, Cadius surviving the blast that killed Hoss by the skin of his teeth. Now the only living person who knew the hiding places for the hard credits and loot that the gang had gathered, Cadius used the opportunity to disappear from Nar Shaddaa, retrieving the caches and using it to purchase passage off Nar Shaddaa, eventually making his way to Corellia.

Soon after arriving on Corellia, while relaxing in a cantina in Coronet, Cadius came into contact with Vaun Astara, captain of the Ace of Sabres. He was in the market for new crew and needed someone good at blasting, punching, and general skullduggery. Cadius and he got to talking, and eventually he took Cadius on.

What followed was a profitable partnership for eight years as Vaun, Cadius, and the other crew wandered the galaxy, trading, smuggling, and fighting. Eventually as other crew left, Cadius rose to become First Mate. Eventualy though, Vaun was getting on in the years and decided to retire, letting Cadius buy the Spirit from him for a very reasonable price given how many aftermarket upgrades it had.

Since then Cadius has wandered the galaxy, continuing with their work and gaining a reputation of his own as a very reliable, very talented mercenary with a very effective ship, eventually getting the attention of the Republic. While doing work for legitimate government wasn't his usual business, the offered pay was good enough that Cadius accepted.

Name: Hektorr

Appearance: Even for a wookiee Hektorr is big and imposing, standing at 2.3 meters and weighing 170 kilograms. A layer of thick black fur coats his huge body, which itself is covered by battered and dented plasteel armor plates, several of which have deep gouges and scratches. Slung on webbing from his armor hangs his bowcaster, while a pair of Ryyk Blades are sheathed on his back.

Equipment: A bowcaster, modified with binocular optics and a retractable bayonet under the business end. A pair of curved Ryyk blades. Piecemeal armor.

Ship Position: Civilian Contractor, Co-Pilot and First Mate of Ace of Sabres

Race: Wookiee

Homeworld: Kashyyyk

Background: Born on Kashyyyk in the latter days of the Old Republic, Hektorr spent his youth under the thumb of the Galactic Empire as thousands of his people were rounded up as slaves. During his childhood he joined one of the many resistance groups on the planet and began to fight against the Empire, blowing up landing platforms, sabotaging ships, and slaughtering patrols of stormtroopers.

During one attack Hektorr's bloodlust overwhelmed him and he attacked the stormtroopers with his claws, slashing them to ribbons, slaughtering them in a frenzy, permanently branding him as a Madclaw to the other Wookiees, an unacceptable crime even in warfare. He was abandoned by his comrades, and eventually captured by Imperials, who attempted to take him to be enslaved.

Unfortunately for the Imperials they underestimated the huge adolescent Wookiee's strength, and he soon broke free of their restraints and slaughtered them before stealing their craft. With no place among his people, he took the stolen shuttle and fled Kashyyyk. For many years, Hektorr wandered the galaxy.

Four years ago, after years of merc work, enforcing, and killing Imperials he encountered two men in a cantina on Abregado-Rae, Vaun Astara and Cadius Eldane, who offered him work on the Ace of Sabres. He accepted.

Two years ago, Vaun Astara retired, and since then Hektorr has become the First Mate aboard - as well as the only other crewman at the moment.
