Name: General Zorin
Gender: Male
Species: Gen'Dai
Age: 623
Appearance: The Gen?Dai race is largely formless, a mass of muscles that are controlled by one central head, that is vaguely human-like though contains a mouth of razor sharp teeth, and wing-like ears. General Zorin is no exception to this, though his Gen?Dai appearance is very hard to ever come across. This is because he, like many other Gen?Dai, lives in a suit of armor designed to give him a human-like appearance, and to hide his true nature. Gen?dai lack many of the weaknesses that most organics face. They have no distinguishable organs, aside from a brain, and even that is stretched so long and far that it could hardly be described as destructible. They also have massively powerful regenerative abilities that often surprise opponents. These two factors often surprise the opponents that General Zorin faces, assuming they can even get far enough to discover them.
General Zorin?s body armor is really more like a metal-power suit. It has its own controlled environment, which pumps in oxygen for him to breath, and it also contains all but one of his weapons. The suit itself is very bulky in stature, standing at least twelve feet tall. It is mostly black, with red joints and a dark purple visor. The suit?s feet are clawed and the gauntlets Zoren wears are spiked. In reality, the suit is a modified Telgorn Mark VI Powersuit, and like other suits of a similar nature, this one comes equipped with a blaster cannon, a massive blaster designed to be put on speeders. This is aimed with Zorin?s force abilities, though he can also use the targeting system the suit comes with if need be. The suit?s primary function, aside from hiding Zorin?s true appearance, is to enhance his already advanced force abilities. The Gen?Dai have amazing sensory abilities, rumored to be capable of detecting a heartbeat from hundreds of meters away, and nowhere is this more true, than on the force-sensitive Zorin. Zorin?s suit is specifically modified to interact with the force, and while it is a prototype with some kinks to work out, it turns Zorin into an even bigger threat on the battle field. The only other useful feature on the suit worth mentioning is its projector shields, which are laser shields that outclass most of the typical shielding units worn by people on battlefields. These can be activated in specific places in order to block lightsaber attacks, though they can?t hold a Jedi back forever.
Possessions:
Zorin is gadgety, he wields a lightsaber, but it isn?t his only weapon. In fact, Zorin is known to be very capable of using a variety of weapons, and his power suit is very good at carrying a massive amount of weapons.
Lightclub: Zorin doesn?t just use a lightsaber, he uses a giant lightsaber bigger than most people. The blade when slashed vertically, is famous for disintegrating targets, rather than simply cutting them. This weapon is not to be taken lightly, and while he is very effective with it, Zorin does leave himself weak on the defensive side when using it, a weakness his power armor does slightly make up for. The crystals used for this lightsaber are all a deep red and match the red on Zorin?s suit.
Zorin?s Powersuit: While the hard details are in the appearance section, every weapon that follows is inside the suit. The Lightclub is specifically carried outside of the suit. The suit itself carries ammo for every single one of the weapons involved, and is capable of cycling through them, though the blaster cannon is shoulder-mounted and takes more time to take out and aim.
Flamethrowers: Dual wrist mounted flame-throwers are Zorin?s first go-to weapon when dealing with Jedi. Most simply find their robes caught in a blaze of murder and are unable to deal with it. Sucks to be them, Zorin supposes.
Deck-Sweeping-Blaster: Dual wrist mounted scatter guns designed to clear entire rooms. These don?t necessarily kill everyone they hit, but it?s impossible to block or avoid a shot from one of these in close quarters. Very deadly under the right circumstances
Carbonite-ray: While not as powerful as some droid-occupied versions, Zorin?s suit is capable of firing off a beam of carbonite at foes. This is also famously impossible to block with a lightsaber, and must be dodged. If struck, the opponent finds themselves quickly encased in carbonite. Not a fun weapon to be caught in.
Electro-nets: Dual wrist mounted electric nets that are also used in the fight against Jedi. Getting caught in this makes it very difficult to move, and of course will stun someone without armor on, armor significantly reduces the effectiveness of this weapon.
Blaster Cannon: ?Is that a speeder gun?? Yes, it is. Zorin?s suit has a coup-de-grace that allows him to bring out a very powerful laser blaster in close quarters. This will blow holes in ships, blow holes in people and blow holes in the dirt. Blocking this is not recommended, though a lightsaber can mitigate a large portion of the damage this weapon causes.
Skills: Include Force Powers.
Gen?Dai physiology: Zorin is capable of healing from almost any injury outside of being blown to bits. Even cutting him in half wouldn?t permanently disable him. Zorin is massively strong and has great acuity for his surroundings. Simply put, he is very hard to kill and does a lot of damage.
Zorin?s force powers are mostly physical, he has spent a very significant amount of time perfecting his force agility, which is the skill he mainly uses in battle. Zorin also is a master at controlling his breathing, mitigating his own pain and inducing massive pain in those nearby. He lacks any form of Sith Lightning, finding it less effective than his weapons. Zorin can use force-push, but not to the same level of finesse that a master might have.
Personality:
Zorin is known for his lack of caution in battle. The Gen?Dai runs in full bore and if he finds something worth killing, he smacks it with his Lightclub. He has no interest in dying, and definitely craves power and knowledge. Part of him using his knowledge, is his recognition of his own physical abilities, and as such he is very confident that he will win any battle he faces. Zorin is not blood thirsty, though he does get a kick out of killing. He prefers to gain power by the only way he knows how, gaining respect on the battlefield. To Zorin, everyone is just playing at war while he moves to gain power from within.
Backstory:
Gen?Dai live basically forever. That is what many say, and it is mostly true. Some Gen?Dai have been alive since the time of Revan due to their regenerative healing abilities, but they also could never hold a conversation. This is because Gen?Dai can not heal their brains, so when their minds degrade, they permanently suffer from it. Most have some degree of memory loss, and many have massive fits of psychotic rage that can not be held back. Zorin does not fit in any of the following categories. Relatively speaking, Zorin is young in the Gen?Dai community, and while many young Gen?Dai focus on knowledge and pacifism, Zorin seeks to gain knowledge through power. He recognizes only his superior genes and once he discovered that he was also force sensitive, nothing could stop his path to infinite knowledge. Perhaps he would find a way to stop his own brain from aging along the way. Zorin would rather be dead than live in a haze, forgetting everyone he ever knew. It is partially true that Zorin seeks his own death when he fights, though when push comes to shove the Gen?Dai will always choose life over death.
Zorin is currently a General in the Sith armada. He has been in countless battles and his intelligence and wisdom gained over hundreds of years has proven invaluable to the Sith armies. He specializes in ground fighting, as his ability to pilot vessels is lacking. Known for leading the charge from the front lines, Zorin is also known as the suicide-chief, as he expects his own warriors to follow him into these mad charges. Many do not make it out, but Zorin always has. It is unknown how many Jedi have fallen to Zorin?s rampages, but it is likely in the dozens. His limited control of the force has kept him from achieving Dark Lord status, but if you ask him, Zorin will always say that it?s only a matter of time before he breaks that barrier too.
