I think I have spent somewhere in the region of ten dollars. I got KOTOR and The Tale of an Item Shop. Sadly, those games have been put on hold because of Forsaken world and Crysis 2 (Yay, F2P and Amazon sale!!).
Hmmm....most of the prices aren't that great, but on some new releases they're pretty damned good. Witcher 2 is less than half what I originally paid, Dungeon Siege III and FEAR3 are also a very reasonable £15 after exchange rate.Doctor Greenthumb said:i was on steam last night and spotted a post with this address,

So I bought a Dark Messiah key, sure enough it arrived quickly and my friend activated it fine. It was worrying that it only had the multi player component but after a little head scratching I checked the site and sure enough it does in fact state in red that it's MP only. It's also now listed as out of stock so I must've picked up the last one.KingsGambit said:Hmmmm...just noticed they have Dark Messiah for $1.99...I'd spend that no problem to see if they're genuine or not. Now to find someone with a UK Steam account who doesn't already own it. Will work on it and report back. If it works I may just pick up FEAR3 for myself as well!
Brotherhood is Ubisoft right? IIRC For those living in the UK Ubi has removed all of their 3rd party DRM from MOST of their steam titles. I might be worth seeing if the same is true for your country. Publishers seem to be backtracking on their stance with PC DRM which is a good thing. Capcom are still DRM nazis though. (IT should tell you on the store page if a game has 3rd party DRM or not)Cadaurny said:Brotherhood is a one time only internet activation on installation to play and I'm 99% sure that they replaced the previous constant connection on their other games with that, or just got rid of DRM on the ones with a constant connection.Dirty Hipsters said:All of the games that I really want are games that I would never get on PC because of terrible DRM, like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. Sadly this means that when I do get them for console I'll end up paying almost twice as much for them than if I got them at this steam sale.
