A few good games, and a heaping helping of disappointment.

X3, Magicka, Thief Series, Bulletstorm, The Longest Journey + Dreamfall, Fallout 3 GOTY, Plants Vs Zombies, and Age of Empires.

Picked up the Sword of Islam expansion for Crusader Kings 2 as well as finally taking a look to see what all this 'Fallout: New Vegas' stuff is about. I wasn't a big fan of Fallout 3 so I don't expect to be especially impressed but knowing it's at least Obsidian means there might be some clever dialogue and a few fun moral choices. Gotta be worth the five or so bucks I paid for it at least!

I didn't have a whole lot of money, so just a couple, with those couple being Morrowind and Civilization V. Those two games are massive time-sinks, though, so it kind of evens out.

The STALKER collection, Divinity 2, and Just Cause two. Sadly I don't have much money right now so I gotta be careful.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Technically, I got something from the steam sale gifted to me, a friend got me terraria when it was just a couple of quid. Would've thought about it myself if not.

Thing is, I was saved from blowing my money by my crap computer. It only plays TF2 well when it feels like it, most of the stuff on steam is beyond it. I did think of getting the binding of issaac, but by the time I really thought about it, it wasn't on daily deals anymore. Such is the case when you need to really research stuff to make sure it'll run on your laptop with intergrated piece of slightly soiled cardboard with "GRAFFIX" written on it.
I ran across this on one of mt Google binges

It's an external graphics card slot, if you could afford one of these and a good graphics card you could have a decent gaming rig.

Oddly, nothing. Nothing took my fancy. Not a single game. Not even the indie games.

But my wallet loves me for it :D

Too damn much, I was going to show restraint this year too.
Operation Arrowhead, and PMC for ARMA 2- No more playing Dayz on a friends account for me.

Evochron Mercenary- Procedurally generated Elite-like, sure I'm in, my Saitek always needs a workout

Civ V Gods and Kings: I think I got it at more than the everyday 25% off, maybe 40%?

Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box- I've been waiting for this to go on sale for a couple of months now.

SimCity 4 Deluxe- I...I lost the discs, OK?

LA Noire- I bought it to see the faces, I'm not that impressed honestly, still it was cheap enough, and it is a different enough type of game to be enjoyable.

Frozen Synapse: Red DLC- I've been holding out on this one for a while.

Summer Sale Indie Bundle Day Two- Botanicula...aaaand some other games, one was an RTS?

Alan Wake- I don't remember why I bought this, impulse I guess

Trine 2- Bought entirely for the eye candy. Platforming is no good with the keyboard and mouse, and placing objects is no good with the controller, yet it is still fun.

Saints Row: The Third Franchise Pack- An impulse buy and one I do regret, this isn't my type of game.

During the same period as the sale I picked up Skyrim retail for $35, $10 less than Steam's best price. Steam is terrible for AAA games.

Witcher 2, Metro, Arkham City, and Beyond Good and Evil. If New Vegas wins this next community choice I'll probably be getting that since I spent less than I expected.

It's $29.79 right now. But that might only be because you already bought it, so thanks for that I guess.

I got...

Counter-Strike (I'm new to Steam, don't judge me)
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero/ Deleted Scenes
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Deus Ex: Game of The Year Edition
Fallout 3: Game of The Year Edition
Fallout: New Vegas
The Binding Of Isaac
Super Meat Boy
Fable - The Lost Chapters
Recettear: An Item Shop tale
Torchlight
Empire: Total War
Civilization IV
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War -Gold Edition-
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War -Winter Assault

So, yeah, a lot of stuff.

That's about $70 worth of product right there.

EDIT: OP: Is that a Barats And Bereta avatar I spot?

I got Fallout New Vegas as a gift from my dad.

Nothing else. Have no money. Mom had no money she could let me use. Dad doesn't like giving presents out of nowhere.

:l

But anyway, I seem to be enjoying it, other than the 2 glitches I found.

Let's see:

Saint's Row 3
Cave Story +
Dear Esther
Mirror's Edge
Bioshocks 1 and 2
Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition
Star Wars: KOTOR
The Binding of Issac

Ugh, way too much. And I ALMOST got the Civ V package, but I knew I shouldn't spend anymore if I got the Bioshock games.
