I got the Bathesda pack... because... I dunno... I've never liked any of their games before... but they just always sucker me in... they look good... but I know I'll just get bored... also it was kinda embarrassing begging my mom for it... especially since I've already moved out...<.<
Arma 2: British Ops
Borderlands GOTY edition
Crusader Kings 2
Dungeon Defenders (plus some DLC)
Galactic Civ II: Ultimate edition
Hearts of Iron 3 plus all DLC
Mass Effect
Recettear
Warhammer 40Kawn of War 2 plus some Dlc
and just picked up Legend of Grimrock on a flash sale...i think im done. Lol
...so that where my paycheck went.
I shelled out for Borderlands, AAAAAaAAAAaaAAAaaaAAaaaaAaaaaa! (which doesn't even work!), Frozen Synapse, Hydrophobia (it looked too impressive to pass up at that price), Metro 2033, TRAUMA, Saints Row 3, and SpaceChem. A pretty good haul for $40.
Binary Domain +DLC
Hard Reset +DLC
The Polynomial
Serious Sam 3: BFR
Ys: The Oath of Felghana
Mount & Blade: Warband
Nexuiz
Universe Sandbox
Spent: $49.47 USD
Friend gifted me Evochron Mercenary, but wants me to pay him back when I can, since I'm jobless . Only got the money for the sale by trading in games to GameStop for a Steam card. Mount & Blade's the only game I've put any real time into, and it's an amazing game.
Overall, though, I can't help but feel that this sale was lacking... Not much that I wanted or didn't have went on sale...
Adventures of Monkey Island Special Edition.
Tales of Monkey Island ep 1-5
Walking Dead.
Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet
Quantum Conundrum
Harley Quinns Revenge for Arkham City.
Aside from the fact that I intended to save money, spent maybe less than 30 dollars total, you'll notice that most of those games are puzzle/adventure games. Lately I've been extremely dissatisfied with "mainstream" action games and have had this weird urge to play adventure games. My Wasteland and Double Fine kickstarter games can't come soon enough...
For just under $50 USD I got 11 games, not bad.
Binding of Isaac + DLC
Poker Night at the Inventory
Bastion
Audiosurf
Sanctum + DLC
Thief Bundle (Thief Gold, Thief 2, and Thief: Deadly Shadows)
Super Meat Boy
Left 4 Dead 2
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
To all those that look pity on me. I am your humble internet servant.
All of these are ridiculous fun and now I have great things to play in between my work and WoW-Farm binges.
Because I have a Mac, my options were unfortunately limited.
I only got VVVVVV and The Binding of Isaac (+ Wrath of the Lamb). I do kind of want to get Just Cause 2, even though I won't be able to play it until I get a Windows machine.
Way too much. Ugh, now I'm wondering if I can survive the December sale and Borderlands 2. Well, I got:
The Indie Bundle III:
-Bit.Trip Beat
-Braid
-Bunch of Heroes
-Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet
-Runespell: Overture
The Binding of Isaac
The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (This game kicks ass.)
Dear Esther ($2.50 for scenery porn? Eh, I'll take it.)
The Longest Journey bundled with Dreamfall
Mirror's Edge (Finally!)
Universe Sandbox
Unreal Tournament 3 (UT 2004 is better, but I'm trying to learn UnrealEd, and Epic is really nice about letting you pull apart UT3 maps.)
