What stereotypes do you break during your daily activities?

Personally I find I actually become more intelligent on the internet as opposed to the slobbering idiots I so often encounter outside this site.
Same here, the Awkward Zombie Message boards carry a bunch of sterling examples of slobbering idiots.

Also, I'm American, and white, and I'm skinny, I swear to you I am.

I look like an emo, but I'm not.
Well then, if you aren't one, then why do you look like an "emo"?

&
what do you try to look like?
Well I look more like a typical Suicide Silence fan...but people just see the black hair, and the fringe I had when I posted this, and think emo.

I don't TRY to look like anything, I just pick things I like.

As a young, white male:

I detest sports.
I know very little about cars, nor do I care to learn more.
I have never shot up my school.
I don't do 'extreme' anything.
I actually LISTEN to girls when they speak.
I HATE mayonaise.
I have proper spelling and grammar when I write.

The stereotype I seem to break the most is that appearance assumption one. Because I wear lip gloss, dress pretty and I'm very nice obviously means I'm a party going pushover. :p

Love it when I get to prove people wrong by saying weird anime/TV show quotes that the other ''nerdy'' people would only get.
same for this too i am a licensed cosmetologist i always wear makeup, but i have brains :p

I'm a male gamer with no social life (outside of Live and online), but people say I'm very charismatic and that I'm quite amusing, I don't see it, myself, but I'll take their word for it.

I'm a video game nerd. I play football (AFL) quite well, I have sex.
Being a nerd doesn't turn off your penis or make you unattractive, it's just an insult used by stupid people, really.
But then again, some people, no matter what they do, don't like sex.
Ah well.

I'm a 19 year old Scottish male gamer:
Stereotypes I adhere to: I like alcohol, I hate most people...especially my fellow countrymen (prove you're not a dick and I'll accept it and probably like you a lot), I know too much about things I don't need to know about (ie I'm a raging nerd in a lot of subjects), I eat a horrendous amount of fast food.

Stereotypes I break: I'm not ginger, I have had girlfriends, I have had sex (saying that, being Scottish kinda nullifies the no sex for nerds argument since we're a nation of teenage shaggers), I prefer American beer and whiskey to Scottish stuff much to my dad's chagrin, I'm not fat, I have a good social life, my dress sense is all over the place and pinning one fashion label on me is difficult, I'm not shy about public speaking, I'm not on the dole, I don't wear kilts or speak like Groundskeeper Willie.

Depending on your point-of-view I'm either a nerd who likes sports and beer commercials or a jock who likes strategy games and math. Either way, the stereotype of me doesn't work.

I'm Canadian and I don't say about like "aboot"

but I do say "eh" sometimes, hardly ever though.

I have a rather wrestler-like build for an anime, video game, and internet nerd, and am also surprisingly sociable for someone like that and with aspergers. Also, I'm left-leaning despite being in the south and in JROTC (in one of the buckles of the bible belt, no less).
