Strange habits you have

For some reason I always have to do something with my hands. I'm always twirling a pen or something. And when I'm talking, I use a lot of hand gestures.

I do this wierd thing with my eyes, I sort of open them really wide then roll them , before returning to normal, it is actually kinda painful
