I remember playing Sega Soccer Slam with 2 friends in the same team. We beat the console 10-0, and then we drunk vodka with lemon between the next match.
The results with 3 drinks are acceptable (we won for just one goal), 5 is too much (0-10 XD)

I know some guys who played Halo 2 with the Guitar Hero controllers for a lark. Hilarity ensued.

Same. Isn't it 'star power' to shoot?

Yeah. Many physical injuries occurred from that.

Go and read my review arena entry. I like to play The Sims as a conceptual art piece.

That's fantastic! You sir, are truly pushing the boundaries of gaming.

My friend and I used to play The Specialists (Half Life Mod) as a gangster plot, inviting each other to meetings and then double crossing each other, or sometimes not. I played Jimmy the Hat. A while after that, I found that some people had taken it even further, creating role-play servers for The Specialists. For a while I played a lawyer, that was pretty good fun.

I've also tried taking a hostage in GTAIV. Sometimes it works, and the police don't shoot if they don't have a clear shot. Sometimes though, they just hate the fact I'm a cop killing piece of shit and blast through the civilian to get to me. The Speed school of hostage rescue, I suppose.

I remember playing the first Hitman and finding the setting so immersive that I couldn't help doing 'Hitmanny' type things, the main two being:

Walking everywhere, especially while under fire, felt so cold & professional.

Not reloading, if a gun clicks empty it gets dropped and another is drawn.

Good times

And....away!

I've thought of yet another way to play GTAIV. I call it

Moscow Rules

Basically you designate one of the islands as safe territory and all the rest as hostile territory. You drive out to somewhere in hostile territory and then have to make your way back to the safe territory without being seen by anyone. I envisage three levels of difficulty:

Easy: You only lose if a policeman sees you.

Medium: No-one can see you.

Hard: Get some wanted level, then try it!

Replaying Zelda TP without collecting any heart containers, without upgrading any weapons or using any new ones and name the horse My *****. It brings some humour to the game, through some funny conversations.
"I washed my ***** for you"
And
"My ***** is injured, you pushed her to hard again didn't you?"

I like to take games I've already beaten several times and try to beat them in different ways to make them harder.

I've tried (And failed miserably) to beat FFX without using the sphere grid.

I've beaten Fable using only magic and ranged weapons. (Also with only melee weapons and no magic, but that was quite easy.)

Also, on a little known Xbox game called Cel Damage (Sort of a cartoon-ish version of Twisted Metal), my friends and I used to play deathmatches using only the boxing glove and the rocket. That was awesome.

CoD4 knife tag. Shipment, old school (so you can jump on containers), lot of fun.

Tf2 battle medic >:D

I play medic on Tf2 with my goal only to heal enemy spys. When they make kills under my heal (which they do) I GET AN ASSIST >:D my name changes to the enemy teams colour as it displays my assist and i rack up the points. My teammates sit stunned and the spy gives me a thanks :p. Also ubering spys while they sap things.

On half life i (tried) to do ranvenholm with nothing but the crowbar. FAIL.

On sims i would torture the fireman. The clown also i tried to kill.

My TF2 clan is working on a mod called 'crab battle' it's an official version of a game one of the dudes in my clan made up.

On a capture map the blue team all go scout. They cannot jump, they can only use the bat and they must crouch at all times. They are the crabs.

The red team goes all pyro. They can run around at full speed but the only weapon they can use is the flame thrower's compression blast. The pyro's must keep the crabs away using their compressions blasts or they risk being swarmed by slow moving but damaging crabs.

I remember when I had the sims I made a house and filled it with people, then killed them all. Then moved in another family, and another, and another. Until I had thirty tombstones. Then I made a graveyard by carpeting the entire lot to look like dark dirt and building a spooky house and every night ghosts went all around the place and scared my sims. It was entertaining to say the least.

As World of War craft and Oblivion contain no immersion I play them half naked with only boxers and sweat bands. Normally I will have a fan in front of me to simulate wind and when I get hurt I jab myself in the spot where I get hit with a needle.
When Far Cry 2 comes out I gotta get me a new knife and some matches. A few needles too. :D

When playing the Sims I will enable it so I can move the mailbox to my modded pit of death. Make me pay taxes will you!?

I thought this would be a battle involving crab spies. This idea, while interesting, is a slight disappointment.

I have played most of Half Life 2 Episode 1 without using any weapons except the gravity gun, the crowbar and grenades in order to get the achievement "The One Free Bullet". It isn't as hard as it sounds but I'm having a bit of trouble in the 'escort rebels to a train' bit.

You should try using the advanced sphere grid and then screwing around with the characters.
I.E. Making Tidus have all Lulu's abilities, Wakka and Auron switching places, Yuna has all Rikku's abilities... etc.
I'm tempted to try it soon.

In the original Halo, we played a demolition durby with warthogs. Since they can't be destroyed, it would just send the warthogs flying through the air, ejecting the driver who got the worst of the hit. We made some rules like you couldn't kill somebody until they had gotten into a vehicle, and if you ran for cover in the base you'd get to travel safely back to your vehicle without being run over. 5 lives each, 4 player is best, No weapons allowed.

It was probably the most fun I had with that game, but sadly you can't do this with 2 or 3. They decided to go over to 'realism' and make the vehicles destroyable. Now crashes suck, and vehicles are junk...
