BC2: You were killed by Death.
I was like "Seriously?! When the hell did he get here?"
Though the weirdest of them all definitely has to be in Dead Rising. I threw a plate at a lawn mower, the lawn mower disappeared, reappeared in front of me, and I dropped dead.

In fallout 3 I was walking down the motorway and came to a part covered with cars, amazed at the amount of them I jumped around climbing over them and looked around and desided to save my game, then(I have no idea where from) a missile flys out if the distance and hits one of the cars, it goes up in flames, I have 2 seconds to say oh swear, then a chain reaction goes off and every car explodes along the motorway and I'm launched into the sky box. Bloody brilliant!! but the fact i'd saved before hand made ment I had to go back to an earlier save. Still have the other save though, was halarious

In BC2, Arica Harbor, a friendly tank destroys an enemy Humvee which apparently was full. The resulting destruction of the humvee had the parts of the humvee fly in random direction, in which the wheel hits me and kills me, counting as a suicide. When I mean "hits me", I mean slow enough to not be lethal.
In AC2, while climbing up on something really tall, like a cross. I was on the t of the cross, about to climb up to the point. I pressed the wrong button, and jumped off the top of the cross, way the hell up high. As I'm falling, the camera inexplicably switches to a camera view from the ground up, with a little group of people gathered around listening to a man talking. All of a sudden, here comes the falling schmuck, and *SPLAT!!* right onto some random fool.
At the beginning of this one Payload game in TF2, I suffered this massive lag storm for like 3 minutes. When my computer decided to stop sucking, I had apparently managed to build a sentry tower right in front of the checkpoint. Another small lagstorm appears, which lasts for 30 seconds and by that point, my head is on a highlander.

MW2, playing online can't remember the map. i was really low on health and running to find a safe spot to regen. i throw a stun grenade at a window to check if its safe (smart move i thought). instead it hits one of the cross beams in the window, rebounds back, hits me in the head and i die. well that was shit
An awesome way I killed someone else was by running them over in their own APC - they got out to repair it (in BFBC2) so I hopped in and reversed. Crunch.

In saints row 2 i blew up a car with a rocket launcher, the tire came right at me . . .
And in super smash brothers brawl, i was killed by the fish on the ice climber's stage.
and finally in gta IV i was run over by an ambulance rushing to heal the people i just killed.
