Prostitutes

I like to cut their throats and surgically remove different organs from their bodies.
What do you do with the organs afterwords? O_O

Depends on the kind of stress. If it's mild I listen to soft music. If it isn't mild I have a bike ride. There's something about the primal scream of a bike engine pushing 11k rpm that acts as a relief valve for me when I'm stressed, and puts a huge smile on my face when I'm not.

I really dont get stressed.
If something goes wrong I usually find it funny, if everythings shit at the time I tend to go, "ha look at this, everythings fucked" then go do whatever I was gonna do. I dont let things bother me.

Few occasions I have its just drinks with mates or skate/surf.

I get amazingly stressed very easily. And I bottle it up which makes matters worse. And once in a while, the cap from that bottle comes loose, and an explosion occurs. It looks a little like this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHmvkRoEowc&feature=related]... Just kidding :D. It looks like This (for real) [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhiA_OQzy4w]

Sex is also nice, but is largely dependent on the other participant's willingness, thus not always available (especially when married.)
Being an old married man myself, I have to agree.

But back on topic, I usually either find a nice easy game to wail out my stress or read a good novel, Discworld books for preference.

I let it fester in my brain. Someday I will go mad and/or grow a tumor, but until then, it's all good.

Slayer + lots of room to jump around like an epileptic chimp.

Red Faction: Geurrilla with all the cheats turned on.

Either of these causes instant cathartic stress relief.

I have a very zen approach to it really. I pretty much just have a sit, reflect and pick apart the stress and it's roots, and then let my thoughts fall to the side. Not the easiest thing to do, takes work and I can't shake things off all the time, but it still is a big help..more so when I'm reminded that.. that's life, things happen that can be stressful so it's best to just keep moving, and roll with the punches.
In a perfect world, we would all live by this very attractive and seductive philosophy.

However, being the irrational, bestial, instinct and emotion driven mammals that we are, there are not many of us who have the ability to achieve such a state of mind so we just hit stuff instead.

Make some good coffee and read a book, watch a good movie, play a (relaxing) game or surf about on various websites.
Or nap. I tend to get very tired when being stressed.

I dont care enough about anything for it to stress me out and in the rare event that I do get stressed I listen to my favorite music and failing that call up some friends and go and do something fun or very stupid.

If it's 20x the awesome of Earthbound, then that game is possibly the equivalent of Stephen Fry backflipping through a corridor and drop-kicking (Insert Tasteless Pop Singer's Name Here) in the face, then walking off for a cup of tea.

hence why I said I slip up alot too.. Doing Zazen, or something similar to it for over 20 years and still can't get that perfect separation all the time..but I should still have a long life ahead of me, and lots of time to practice

I do many things,
I insult all religions, agnostism and Atheism, to anyone of my friends who is one of those religions - always fun to see a good comeback! [Im an athiest so shush, I do insult athiesm also]
I ***** about everything ever to my friends,
I play video games [Streets of rage 2: Its so releiving to be beating up buffed adults as a little kid in rollerskates!!]
I listen to music; heavy shit to get everything out, or classical/jazz to get into a sombre mood B)
or else I just thrash it out on my drum kit XD
