That was a good laugh, ta!avouleance2nd said:Still need convincing.
I'm sorry, but that was just hilarious!!!dathwampeer said:This is nothing. About 5-6 years ago me and a mate got one of our classmates to believe that Costa Rica was under attack by a large amount of migrating jellyfish that produced hydrogen that allowed them to float out of the water and drift in the air. We also told him they were extremely volatile and that when startles they exploded.
As far as I know the guy still believes in these floating jellyfish to this day.
We also told him bigamy was a type of cake and that calling himself impotent was a niftier way of saying important. We were cruel, cruel kids.
And television too. I did a film course and its amazing how much of an effect media (radio, TV, internet etc) can have on the public, and it's no wonder government's want to censor it (both good and bad), not that I agree with censorship at all as I don't trust those to pick whats appropriate for meDiligent said:*snip*

I cannot bare the Daily "sensationalist" Mail
Film course eh? That reminds me of this little gem which I was shown in a media studies class, which is said to have had gullible people phoning the BBC asking about how they could get their own spaghetti tree.RicoADF said:And television too.
