It's racquet sports (tennis, tabletennis, squash, badminton). I'm already good on a 'friendly play' level but I've always wanted to take it further and really get into it properly. The main reason I haven't done this yet is due to time and motivation, I usually only play when I feel like playing and I go through phases where I might be playing 3 days in a row, and then go 3 months without playing.

I want to get into graphic design and 3D modeling; I may be going to college next year so hopefully I'll find a class that matches the category.

I'd like to learn to play drums.

Why I haven't: drum sets are very expensive, take a lot of space and practice tends to be quite loud. Even if I had all the space, money and enough privacy to learn properly, I still wouldn't have enought time for it. Plus I'd just feel demotivated every time I'd hear a professional play something.

Kayaking, and expeditionary hiking...basically going off into a forest by yourself with a map, tent, and provisions, and emerging several days later somewhere completely different. Kayaking I haven't done as I don't live near enough the sea/any decent watercourses, and the hiking because I'm lazy, and also suck at putting tents up.

Magic: The Gathering.

I don't because I've already blown an obscene amount of money on Yu-gi-oh cards instead.

:(

Get Duels of The PLaneswalkers 2012 imo. Cheaper, just as fun.

OT: Warhammer 40k tabletop game. Why haven't I? Don't really care for the crafty side or the game, and HOLY S@%!T the prices.
No it is not just as fun, I own both the game and like 5000 cards or more, and I must say its just not the same as to play against a real human being who sits right in front of you then to play over the internet.

I tried to get into D&D but I don't know anybody who would like to play it. But I still blew 250 Euro on books and some tiles.

Oh, also I wanted to learn a instrument but I have not sufficient focus.

P.S. Warhammer 40k is a really nice but really expensive Hobby, but once again I dont like it too much because of my lack of focus

I really want to learn to draw, but practicing is hard because I don't want to draw crappy pictures, but that's what I have to draw at first if I want to get better...

I also want to do some simple street magic/ stand-up for my own enjoyment, since both are just really neat to me.

Same... I did a bit of drums while I was at school, just on the music dept's set, but getting a decent set would cost a bomb... and I've blown enough money in my years...

That and landscape art... my miniatures collection is pretty well painted, and I've been told I have a knack for spur of the moment pencilling... as for why I never did it, just not enough time, plus I'm capricious as hell...

I want to get into voice acting. Unfortunately, the one group that helps you with that in my town is too expensive for me right now. On the plus side, I finally found employment so perhaps after saving up for some months I can finally start investing in it.

Serious programming. The problem is that I don't know what language will benefit me more. Continuing C# or start C++?

I'd like to take up kayaking, but lack of money keeps me from doing that venture.

I got an instrument a few years back but never bothered to take classes. (Could be that bass teachers arent that abundant)
Also this, but damn guitar tabs have made me lazy.

I'd also like to get back into playing Yu-Gi-Oh but I'll be fucked if there are any players around that I can get to.

I'll start off with one: Dungeons & Dragons.

I really am interested in this game and really want to get into playing, but as of yet I haven't. And there are several reasons. The first, and biggest one, is that I don't have any friends that play it. And any suggestion of playing it made to my friends would more often than not end up with one of their fists connecting very harshly with some part of my body. Second reason, also q big one: I have no idea how that shit works. I like the idea of it, but whenever I hear someone talking about all the in-depth rules I just go "bwuh?" at them.

Plus buying all the books and shit you need is expensive and I have no fucking money.

EDIT: Plus I swear there are, like, no D&D players in the entirety of England. So I can't find anyone to game with at all, even if I did understand it or could afford it.
No games workshop near you? go make some friends there and learn a bit, ultimately the guys that work in those places love the game, so im sure they'd spend time with you if you wanted to learn.

For me its motorcross, Had a few motorbikes, had some trials bikes which where amazingly more fun, presently got a quad and mini moto which i'm slowly working on. Reason i HAD trial bikes and dont HAVE trials bikes and dont have any crossers either is because i cant afford it for one, and for two there just isnt anywhere to take them in england. Every bit of land is "protected" against the use of almost any vehicle, and i get why, but its absurd that so much isn't allowed to be used. Scenery is all well and good, but its useless if you can't go and enjoy it, so longs you don't wreck the place, i don't see the problem.

Nearest Game Workshop is 15 miles away, and since I can't drive that's kind of a difficult journey.

Although there is a place closer that apparently offers D&D play, so it would be weird if they didn't sell the stuff as well. They sell Yu-Gi-Oh cards too, and offer tournament play for it. All kinds of tabletop games and trading card games, actually.
