A girlfriend and/or babies; if I wanted to lose that much money I'd just flush it down the toilet.

Yu-Gi-Oh Cards, Alcohol, cigarettes, clothing, Lego ( I love Lego, I mean its Lego...), and Xbox Live. I still play Yu-Gi-Oh but only the DS games. I have enough clothing to last me for a while, so I'm not buying any. I do have a problem with headhones, they keep breaking and I keep having to buy new ones >.>, and I'm not buying cheap ones from the dollar store or anything. Its starting to annoy me.

MMO's, Xbox Live and Alcohol are things I'm glad I don't spend money on. I'm happy spending money on certain other intoxicants, comic books and vinyl though.

funny story, I paid for one year's subscription once, it was discounted. but that's not the win part, I had live gold for 3 and a half years, for some reason it glitched and kept renewing but it never charged me! then, when my credit card that was registered with Microsoft finally expired, it still took them 6 months before they cancelled it hahaha!

Alcohol, cigarettes, tattoos, piercings.

None of it appeals to me, which is nice because it's all fairly expensive and habit-forming.

Well, cigarettes come to mind first. Damn, am I ever glad I kicked that habit.
Then there are bad games. Yes, I know that's completely subjective, but after one or two heartbreakingly disappointing purchases I wised up and now rent everything before (possibly) buying it.
Also, I very rarely buy clothes or shoes. I take good care of my stuff, I have limited space for clothes anyway, and luckily I'm not a mindless fashion zombie who has to keep up with every fad to feel good about themselves.
Oh yeah, and there's hair gel. Nothing special about this, I just find that, on average, people who use that stuff tend to look utterly ridiculous.

I don't buy clothes.

I hope I didn't just blow your minds there.

Seriously, these things are fucking expensive. £45 for a pair of jeans? I could buy two classic 360 games with that shit! It's a month's worth of cash for me, that.

I have four shirts and four T-shirts that I cycle. I have two pairs of jeans, one rapidly deteriorating that I wear for weeks at a time and one incredibly uncomfortable pair that I wear when those are undergoing hygiene replenishment.

Also, I don't drink alcohol and therefore don't buy it. Come to think of it, the only things I ever buy are six packs of Coke and games off the internet. And the occasional novelty item, like my Nerf gun.

EDIT: Wow, hit 'quote' instead of 'edit'. Brilliant.

Sorry for the double post.

Yea, it's depressing, but I bought everything for my last girlfriend, and she ended up cheating on me... Definitely don't want to go through that all over again, especially because now I can focus on school.
You know the solution is to date more financially independant women, right?

Hi, my name is Mike, and I'm addicted to Magic: The Gathering. But I haven't bought any cards or played a single game in the last two years.

So much time and wasted money.
