My parents seem to think that merely giving me shelter and food is considered good parenting.

I would not dare to be impudent enough to think I were better than my parents.
I still live with my mother and love her very much. I would be happy to help her put on a DVD. Besides, I'm fairly sure she knows how to do it anyway. This is less of a 'stupid' thing that my mother does, than an oddly illogical quirk of hers.feather240 said:Sorry we can't all be tech savvy enough to unlock the mystical wonders of a DVD player. And while I think emos and goths are all smashing chaps usually, they do tend to exaggerate tales of parental distress.
My pet peeve is that my dad used to play Zelda and Mario and Goldeneye back in the day for 12 hours straight and be a real hardcore gamer but now whenever he sees me playing he gives out to me.
Hahah. Steam? A virus? I lol'd. My dad's good with the PC too. Always makes sure I've got a healthy one.Internet Kraken said:*Snip*
