I don't understand the Gravity Hammer in Halo, every hammer uses gravity to help it along, does that mean all hammers in the world should be called Gravity Hammers?

I'm so starting this in my local JRDs
I think it shifts gravity or something as it produces a shockwave that blasts everyone near it away
So it should be called the "Shock Mallet" then. Using gravity to create a shockwave is not possible to my knowledge.

You realize it's not an actual gun, right? It uses shock rounds that cause severe vibrations in the blade when the trigger is pulled to maximize the carnage you deal unto your enemy.

Have to say... The Gunblade.

It can to shoot, you just have to pull R1 as you make contact with it. Even with Seifer.
Hell even on Parasite Eve 2 you can load it with 12 gauge buckshot shotgun shells!
That's an interesting fact, but my judgment stands. And for one reason: The grip.
I'm referring to the one on Seifer's gunblade.

That grip would snap your wrist like a twig.

The grenade launcher, period. Overpowered and easy to use its the bane of nearly all CoD/Modern warfare games
But NOT in Aliens vs. Predator 2.
That grenade launcher was great fun, not overpowered either.

On-topic, I'll go with the Gunblade.

Or the Instant Divide By Zero button.
In some high-level mathematics scenarios, dividing by zero is possible. But what IS impossible is explaning magnets to juggalos.
Dare i ask "What is a juggalo?".
OT: A f-ing boomerang cause when those connect they dont ever comeback. And when they are coming back you gotta run for it. Hope what is wrong with you? at least your eidolon was pretty awesome though.

"Hey, cool sword. Oh, it's a gun too? Well, can it shoot anything?

..
It can't? Then what's the point? "

Too true.
But ya gotta admit, putting a shotgun shell into something mid-slash.
Makes for a great fictional game weapon. Tons of fun!

The guitar weapon from devil may cry 3. I still can't believe that some people actually like that thing, it's an atrocity!

Ah, press X to crouch, press and hold X to stand up, shoot while running. I preferred the stun grenades - fewer casualties.
I guess by this point in the game I had just disregarded the stun grenades to such an extent that I just completely ignoring them as a viable option.

I'm going to have to go with the gunblade too. It's stupid in every possible way, even if it could shoot the firing would weaken the blade and eventually break the damn thing. (people have actually tried to make gunblades and none have really worked) but more then that I hate unorthodox weapons. You know them, the kid in that RPG use uses a fucking toy as a weapon and somehow kills people with it. That always annoys me and should not exist.
the real gunblade
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M9_bayonet
If a gunblade is a massive sword with a gun shoved into the handle wouldn't a bayonet be a bladegun? But when I say people tried to make actual gunblades I mean more like the ones you do see in final fantasy, swords with pistols built into them.

On topic... Hidden Blades in Assassin's Creed. Stupid? No. Awesome when two? Hellz yeh. Unidentifiable mechanism? Yes. Hence its stupidity.
The hidden blades work on a concept of perpetual motion so yes it is pretty stupid. They are completely impossible without being wound or reloaded with every unsheath. Yes i have thought the whole mechanism through.

Also the thing with the hidden blade or for that matter wrist mounted guns (40k fans know what i mean) is how the hell do you fire/activate it. It has to be something you can never do by accident and take your fingers/ palms of when holding your hands up. At the same time it needs to be accessable to use quickly. I cant see any way for it to make sense.

OT: My pet peeve is weapons you never ever need. Deku nuts from LOZ, any weapon in assassins creed that isnt the duel hiden blades, that really really crappy shotgun on stalker that everyone uses and thats statistically the worst weapon ever.

For me its got to be the plasma rifle by halo 3. By the time dual wielding, the bringing back the original assault rifle, needlers and carbines and a whole host of extra weaponry got brought out the plasma rifle was the weapon never ever used in the game unless I ran out of ammo. It became the most useless base weapon Even the plasma pistol got more use simply for the achievement and charge attack.

why all the hate for deku nuts?

They make most fights a great deal easier. Well, they make them faster at least, there isn't one really challenging fight in the whole game as soon as you know how to avoid attacks.
