Stupidest thing to ever be banned?

I can't help but get the impression that this was put in place due to the following happening.this isnt my name said:
A) Uptight boring person (or persons) get put on a meaningless council so other people don't have to talk to them.
B) Uptight council comes up with ridiculous rule on minimum breast size for porn, and they take it to their superior.
C) Superior says: "Sure, let's just put that rule in place. Because it's a big priority, and as you all know we have so much control over an industry that's almost entirely internet based and most of those involved work under pseudonyms."
D) Uptight council fails to recognise sarcasm.
E) Nobody can be bothered to deal with it because they'd have to talk to the uptight
people and the rule makes no difference anyway.
F) No profit.
Seriously, I would be surprised if there was a single case of that rule being enforced.

Lets see, my school banned: Google,Bing,Yahoo and basicalled anything that has a image searching thing because one person out of 1000 managed to successfully search for porn. It left most us that are taking Graphic Design completely buggered for images apart from any outside sources which not all of us have access to,and despite our constant moaning to them, they refuse to lift the ban. And besides, It annoys me constantly having other students in my school shouting down my ear to tell them to change. Even though I'm the student representative for my mini-school, they just won't listen. Well, that was slightly long. >.<
Personally I hate the Anti-Smoking Groups, Posters, and Ads so much...I smoked my first cigar. And while I now only smoke in times of really really really great triumph...I still did smoke just because those guys can't make a simple statement without holding me down and beating me senseless with the point.RejjeN said:

When i was in school playing football was completly banned on school grounds after a football was blown off the pitch on a very windy day and hit a girl ane her parents complained to the school. I wonder if there was a connection to the ban and the school football team not winning another game that year

A county near where I grew up banned Harry Potter from public schools for years. This was the same county in Georgia who required a disclaimer in all science text books stating that evolution is just a theory and encourages students to consider all the alternatives.

They banned smoking from my school, how rediculous is that. When I asked why they said that 8 year olds shouldn't be smoling...All kidding aside, I think it silly all the things Australia bans.
They removed the ban just hours later. Not that i care, I wrote 3 times on FB last year
When parents keep there kids from hearing the opinions of people they don't agree with. Like if some kid's parents where republican and they didn't let them hear democratic opinions.
