And now to put myself at the level of youtube comments by having differing opinons.

Any comment where someone takes the total amount of dislikes and tries to make a witty comment about it. For example on the Skyrim trailer: '99 people were killed by a dragon!'.

So it's not witty that in my Philosophy lesson, when we watched a youtube video about Aristotle with 2 dislikes, that I told my teacher he should write "Two people are Platonists"?

Yep no. 1 reason was just because it wasn't made by bethesda.

2nd reason is something that was different for every person and was mostly Bethesda's fault in the first place.

3rd reason was because the DLC's were cool, I'm not even going to bother commenting on that.

I have BOTH of those games beside me and I am going to say:

1 - Both were made by Bethesda
2 - NV had fewer bugs than the original (not disputing your point though, just contesting his)
3 - Yes Fo3 is gonna have better DLC, its older and has more to choose from >_<

Agreed on all points, except that Obsidian developed New Vegas not Bethesda. Bethesda were the publishers of New Vegas.

Yeah, but the comment is saying that the guy likes Fallout 3 more than New Vegas because it was developed by Bethesda and not Obsidian. The YouTube comment, therefore, was actually correct.

Any comment who thinks that they're clever because they say "You can't spell ignorant without IGN." Sure, that was clever the first time someone used it (About a year or so ago) but now it comes off as lazy and sycophantic.

It was something along the lines of "I was playing MW2 and i like own at it, but I went to play this and I tried to do a 360 no scope but the bullet fell and hit the floor in front of him. This game sucks its so unrealistic." This was on a BF:BC2 video and was translated into english from pure gibberish. A facepalm cannot describe the sheer failure of that statement.

I saw something genuinely depressing on a video the other day. Someone with actual intelligence commented on a Minecraft video explaining to someone in the comments the difference between iron and steel. Pretty much the next 15 pages were people telling him/her to get fucked and die in a hole.

Youtube has actually degenerated to a state in which it actively hates intelligence.
