A cracked.com article [http://www.cracked.com/blog/why-journalism-screwed-and-obsessed-with-dinosaur-sex/] just linked me to this Daily mail article [http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2172128/The-joy-T-Rex-How-dinosaurs-sex-tricky-weigh-tonnes-crucial-12-feet-long.html] (which the cracked article goes on to debunk, but whatever), so I figured I should let you guys know that we've now got realistic illustrations of dinosaurs doing the nasty. Lot's of them.
Like, just in case you were wondering how they did it. Or needed realistic pictures of dinosaurs having sex.
I don't judge.

OT: Looking at those articles makes me think of another reason why the dinosaurs might've gone extinct... especially the line "even though we've still never found a fossil of a dinosaur penis."

My favorite dinosaur was probably the triceratops for the longest time, maybe the stegosaurus or the velociraptor... I've never really thought about it.

I'm not sure I want to delve into the depths of thinking about the second question, and obviously the answer to the third question is "Yes", though I can't fathom why someone would be that crazy.

Pleisiorsaur, it's just really cool like an underwater snake with flappers.

The word 'plesiosaur' denotes an order of marine reptiles with a decent bit of variety in appearance, not a particular species. You're probably thinking of a specific kind of plesiosaur.
In any case, plesiosaurs aren't dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are strictly terrestrial from what I gather.

Well that's just peachy. I've always wanted to know how T-Rex gets it on.

On a more serious note, T-Rex has feathers now? I know they recently decided that a lot of dinosaurs had feathers, but T-Rex? That's weird... They found any fossil evidence or anything that specifically points to that?

I don't really think I have a favourite dinosaur, but when I was a kid I got this big fat book about them since I was obsessed with them at the time. I currently use it as a mouse mat. There was one crazy looking one in there I liked called Therizinosaurus [http://images5.fanpop.com/image/photos/28200000/Therizinosaurus-dinosaurs-28287278-512-632.jpg] which was supposed to have feathers too. It was massive too, 39ft in my book.

To me, it looks like it would be pretty unproblematic if they just went from behind and laid their weight slightly to the side of the row of bone plates.
They look like they'd be at least a little bit flexible, and they don't look sharp.
