I used to do this too... until i punched through by bedroom wall in to my flatmates bedroom. While she was napping. Damn she got angry.

Now i find music or a workout session really helps. Sparring with someone else will work out almost any anger. Hanging out with friends usually works too. If all else fails just smoke a joint.

Either sitting in silence or reading a book. When I'm angry I can't really handle noise.
