As the title says take your favorite class from any video game and over power them beyond belief.
Here is mine for example.
Pyro (TF2)- Can set any structure on fire. The fire will spread through out the structure and can even jump from building to building. Fire does not hurt team mates but kills enemies very quickly. Fire will cover entire map in 3 minutes of game time. Fire also never goes out and can even catch water on fire some how.

TF2's Soldier: Rockets are fired with the speed of a minigun, travel near-instantaneously, the splash damage covers half the map, and all rockets have a 100% Crit chance.

Bad Company 2:

A PP2000, Magnum Ammo, and Red Dot Sight, a Colt 1911, and a M2 Carl Gustav recoiless rifle. In my hands, it's already overpowered enough, especially if I have a couple squadmates to back me up and keep me supplied.

Sniper/ Assassin -

You can become invisible, which has no limit. No one can detect you and you can shoot and stab while invisible without turning visible.

Overpowered much?

Mage, you can turn your magic into combat strength allowing you to wear ridiculously huge armor and use swords.

Wait, that already happened.

Oh I got another one
Biotics can use Lightsabers.

Thor from the Marvel Ultimate Alliance series (IT COUNTS!):

God's speed is always active, and both Mjöllnir's might, and Hammer smash powers cost no power. Additionally, all stats are completely maxed out.

Failing that:

Infiltrator from ME 2

Cloak is always active, and all head shots while cloaked are insta-kills on any enemy.

Outlaw on inFAMOUS.

I'll give Cole a Lightsaber, a machine gun, and wolverine's healing abilities.

My Loremaster in LOTRO with a cadre of healing spells (Other than the personal heals). Not only can I debuff the shit out of everything, but I can heal through their pathetic damage.

Also, C4 in BC2 now has a 50 yard throw range. No more mumbling to yourself as you run up to that Abrams: "Please don't turn around, pleeeeease don't turn around... OH GOD HE SEES ME"

Carl Gustav is reverted back to pre-nerf power.
Annnd...the SV98 is now silenced and leaves no vapor trail.

I thought of another good one.
Necromancer (Diablo 2) Can now raise skeletons from any where who all have the most powerful weapons for the warrior skeletons and most powerful spells for the skeleton mages. The golems are now 50 feet tall and can stomp all smaller enemies to death instantly.
