That reminds me that I have to buy a new PS3 controller.

It seems like making a PS controller your trigger would be a bad idea. Pulling out a controller while your just walking around would immediately draw attention to yourself not to mention that it probably has a bunch of highly detectable metal in it as well. A more inconspicuous device would seem like a better option.
