I'm from Troendelag, Norway. There is no general trend as to what accents people here find appealing; but I seem to like the dialect from the Oslo-area for some reason. I guess it's because part of my family is from there.

You really can't disassociate it? Their acting is terrible.

Good God - the Kiwi accent is considered sexy??? That's news to me - I try my hardest not to have a strong kiwi accent! But then if it's only sexy on guys I suppose that's different. I certainly (figuratively) run a mile from a strong kiwi/aussie accent!

As for what appeals to me, I love languages, so I find many accents interesting, although I will confess to a soft spot for both Scottish accents and a nice Inigo Montoya/Antonio Banderas Spanish lilt. I mean come on, whose knees didn't go weak to the sound of 'My name is Inigo Montoya. You kill' my fatherr. Prrepare to dai''.

I live in North East England and the predominant accent around here is Geordie. The sexiest accent in the world. Some say French is the language of love, but women go weak at the knees for a Geordie accent.

I am from Canada, and more specifically, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. I don't know if it's everyone here, or just me, but I like the Australian accent quite a bit as well. In addition to that, A British accent never hurt anyone. But i hate Texan accents. They're terrible. just sayin'.

May seem a little strange as it's not usually considered a sexy language, but I quite like the German/Austrian accent. I've been made weak at the knees by quite a few of the foreign students at my university who come from Germany and Austria but I think it's more because they only have a light accent and can speak really good English. The fact that they're actually awesome people whom I have become good friends with just makes things better.

And there are literally hundreds of different UK accents and I can't describe mine really - my family were all northerners and I was the only one born down near London (Reading really) and I have a bit of a mish mash. Hopefully the best bits *cross fingers*

And what accents do I find sexy? Well, I find one of 'em British accents to be pretty sexy on a girl. And on men too (in a purely heteresexual way, of course).
Then some other, like...fuck, any accent I think sounds sexy, when the person's voice itself is sexy.

Except for heavy Eastern European accents, though. Yuch.

I was born in Dorchester and then moved to Wales. Fortunately I have neither a west country accent or a Welsh one. So I don't really know how to class mine either. I'm told I "sound very British" by people from other countries but that doesn't help me make out what accent I actually have.

OT: Umm, I don't really care for accents, just as long as it doesn't make the person sound like they're stupid. Can be from wherever but if your accent makes you sound stupid it's a deal breaker.
