I thik thew rules as they are are casual enough with just enough competitive elements to keep the whole thing fair. I can't stand full tournament rules.
All I am saying is "hear what the players want before you decide for them."

I would advise you to get a mic. You can pick up a headset mic for around 8 dollars at wall mart. Use it around your neck and wear a pair of headphones. Boom, instant gaming headset. They come highly recommended.

I said it's a tentative rule list. I'm just putting rules out there that I know work for casual competitive matches. If people have other ideas I'm certainly open to suggestions.

I have a guest pass if needed.
Also, if I'm downloading the game now, do the updates download with it?

Count me in. TF2 is my favorite multiplayer game. :D

We HAVE to play some Gravel Pit. Defy me at your own peril.

No, I have one, wondering if they were required or something.

As long as we get to play Gravel Pit, I'll happily sit through matches on other, lesser maps.

And I'd prefer to play medic, ideally.

If we use microphones would it matter if your voice sounds..younger?
Shouldn't be a problem, just stay calm and no singing.

I'd also be up for this assuming you still need people. I will add myself to the group and add the op to the steam friends list. No worries though if your full with 20 people, don't know how many you want for a match.

I joined the group and I'm in... if I can get a decent ping. I also have a guest pass that anyone's welcome to. All my friends have crappy old laptops that can't run the game.
I have the most experience as medic, but I can fill in where it's needed. Just don't ask me to spy. I also suck as pyro.

Steam ID is poleboy.

Finally got around to actually adding myself to the group.

If I don't get bumped out, some notes: I'm far better at Medic than any other class, so that one would work best; but I'm pretty good as Scout if not in a berzerk mood, and can do the others tolerably well. Except Demoman, that is, which I utterly fail at for some reason. Maybe I need practice.
