Valve aren't that big of dicks, they'll give something to all the people who paid for it originally. If they don't I'll be pissed off but it's not really gonna change anything for me.
That video pretty much made my day. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Although, I'm a little nervous about the Medic's defibrillator. Medics can now revive for 25% of an ubercharge bar.

Free accounts basically just get a stripped down version of what everyone has had so far.

It's cool... but damn is there an explosion on the F2P video of dislikes of people feeling ripped off.
I sure don't. I bought it like a year ago and have had way too much enjoyment to feel unsatisfied. But a lot of people are feeling entitled to a full refund now with the dislike bomb on the F2P video.

Meet the Medic was funny like no other...then I saw that TF2 was free to play and I ran outside to see if the world had ended and we all made it to heaven.
Well it didn't happen but it's nice to see that my favorite game is free now. Lets see how many of my friends I can rope into this!

F2P...Awesome. Meet the Medic? Awesome. I paid for it...eh, I still got my monies worth. No complaints. However for me, the big news (Short of the awesome new Meet the Team video) is that servers are going to be flooded now with newbies playing for the first time who will be a lot of fun to light on fire. Might need to play again.

It's been dirt cheap for a long time. That's cool, though. I haven't played in three our four months and think I am done with the game. But it gave me somewhere between 200 and 300 hours of fun. Considering I don't like any other FPS (unless you count Metroid Prime), that quite an achievement.
I must say, a smart move on Valves part, will definitely bring in new suckers players. I am not to sad that I'm not going to be getting a refund, after all, I did get to play the game for 2 years before the inevitable flood of new players swarm the servers. Knowing Valve though, it is likely that a shiny new promo hat will be adorning my backpack soon.
