Ah, a bit of both.
In Halo multiplayer, I tend to go Lone Wolf with a sniper and drop quite a few of them, until they get all their vehicles, and considering they ONLY play Blood Gulch (I play at school, and everyone wants vehicles), sniping a Ghost pilot over constantly hilly terrain is a *****.
Scorpions are easier, but no-one likes them because they're overpowered.

If we feel like it, then squad infiltration.
We split into 2 sets of 3, and then to our thing.
The group I'm in stealths it through the side tunnels, taking out the stragglers or snipers as we go, and occasionally nicking a rocket launcher and dropping that obnoxious bastard in the Warthog that NO-ONE can hit.
THEN, once we're in the base, steal their weapons, find them all, BOOMBANGSMACKSPLAT, they're all dead, we stand around and laugh over their bodies (with some random teabagging them)
The we hike it out, or die because they're right...
behind us...

Wow, on reflection, that's a fair bit of text for a fairly simple question.
And that's really really really sad.

Depends on the game, something like Halo or COD, the only way is Rambo, unless im on the competant team's side. But for a game with classes, like BF:BC/2 ill stick with the team, mostly my squad, as I play the Medic class, which is IMO the easiest to level up.

Usually a team player. I'm a pretty good sniper, so I tend to be on support roles, but if it comes to it, I've got quick reflexes and so can act as Rambo as needed. I can be one heck of a distraction.

Lone wolf type of guy because games like team fortress 2 the heavy is so over powered you dont need a team. Although in RTS games I try to build to support the others in my team. It depends on the game and how well it values teamwork.

Team player even if my team sucks. Seriously, the first thing I do every time I respawn is link up with my team. Not to mention I love flanking.

Depends on what we're trying to do.

If we're going for area control, I'm very much a team player, stick to my position, and take down anyone who goes near me.

Usually though, I'm the guy who likes to be the thorn in the side for the enemy team. The one who sneaks in behind enemy lines and starts shooting people in the back, allowing his team to advance because of the confusion.
How a true man does it. :)

I'm a TF2 player, and I do play for the team most of the time. I've started playing as an engineer a lot more recently, but my most played class is Medic, so I suppose I am usually a team player.

However sometimes I do just play "rambo" - usually as a heavy or pyro, however when I go heavy I usually get a medic attached to me for the rest of the game, so I become a team player then I guess? :p

Team Player, since I usually have no clue what's going on, and I don't want to pull a Leeroy Jenkins. More like a barnacle really.
