-what kind of gamer are you?

ANGRY. Most of the time, I'm playing a nice relaxing single player game of Minecraft or Morrowind. When I'm on a LAN game down at the uni, I'll fucking murder everyone on my team then ragequit. Getting a little tired of it, to be honest.

Also lots of roleplaying.

-relationship history

One serious relationship, for about four years. Still blissfuly content under the heel of my boyfriend <3.

-non game things you are into

Would all that roleplaying count? And annoying friends by mentioninng my boyfriend far too often.

-non game things you are not into

Funnily enough, I don't think about that much.

-what kind of gamer are you?
An old one. I have been playing games since when I was 6-7 which is around 1995-96. First console was a Sega Genesis that my parents sold back because back then you could take stuff back after months and it being opened too. I play whatever that interests me really and yeah. I love games. Always has and always will be a part of my life.

-relationship history
Three girlfriends. One cheated on me, one turned out crazy, and the last one moved away to go to school in a different state. Not looking for a relationship anymore, but wouldn't pass one up.

-what kind of gamer are you?
Long-time pc-only gamer due to my mother having strange views on console gaming while I was underaged, now own a PS3 since last year.
I don't play every day (unless you count casual rounds of solitair and flash games) but normally at least every week. I like to immerse in games, once I get started I hang on for quite a few hours.

-relationship history
One relationship which was totally not my idea but I thought I'd go along and see how that things are. Call me weird but relationships are just nothing for me.
The only thing I liked was having someone I could get to accompany me to my nerd stuff.

-non game things you are into
Damn, I'm just too nerdy. I read a lot and a lot of everything. Currently I'm in the middle of Plato's Politeia, having just finished Sun Tzu, two Lovecrafts and one Discworld book. And a bunch of new comics should be in the mail tomorrow.
Then I own a lot of DVDs, films and shows, am fascinated by the pen&paper RPG Call of Cthulhu (though I don't have enough people to play it yet), love astronomy and are going to start my BSc in robotics after summer.

-non game things you are not into
Practically all sports except skiing, even though being about to get my license I hate driving myself, I don't drink alcohol or smoke nor have I ever taken or am going to take any drugs (I'm really boring, am I not?).

Well I'm only 15 so haven't gaming long. I used to play the old game boys and the first playstation and then xbox came out. I loved the original xbox not so much with the 360. I know have a ps3. Growing up i loved brute force it was my first mindless shooter then morrowind now i love assassins creed.

Relationships: one. With a slut of a girl who only liked me because im really good at guitar and i was smart. I suppose she was trying somthing different but i caught her cheating a week in. I guess i never really had a relationship because im fridget and not the great looking but my freinds tell me it's because im not confident enough. I don't really like social interaction out side of my group of friends. Plus overweight nerdy kids never get girlfriends.

Hate sport and activities except for kayaking which ive gone to a national level at. So i guess you could say i particapate in regular competitive sports but only white water kayaking nothing else. I play guitar im pretty good (not to boast), i also play drums and bass but guitar is my thing. im currently learning japanese and plane on study astro physics but i have a solid school record in case that doesn't work out. I'm bisexual but no body really knows but it doesn't matter because none of my freinds are on the escapist.

You have proberly already figured out that usually write too much. although i bearly ever talk.

Well I went from SNES to PS1, than PC and now I own both PC and PS3. I regret skipping PS2, but getting PC opened up a whole new world I didn't know existed. I appreciate all genres, but mostly stick to RPG's, adventure games and those "hybrid" games (action adventures, FPS/RPG). Lately (last year or so) I don't enjoy playing games as I used to, I just can't get into them. Still trying to figure out why.

-relationship history
Had a couple of girlfriends, nothing serious. After 3 year drought I currently pine over a girl I know nothing about and can't explain why I like her.

-non game things your into
Playing sports with my friends, movies, books, music. I have sort of a childish curiosity, I like meeting new people, learning new things and gaining new skills which is why I have trouble just sticking to one thing. This is also why I can't see myself working in any particular field. I respect good old manual labor and I maintain there are no useless skills.

-non game things you are not into
Although I like learning, I'm easily discouraged by things I suck at. I don't know anything about cars (I don't even drive), certain sports, painting, hell I don't know many things. Still I wouldn't say I'm not into them, I just don't have necessary knowledge to properly understand (and appreciate) them.

I'm a light gamer. I dabbled in my younger years with the old Gameboy and the Gameboy color (both saved for long road trips). When I moved out, my first roommate had a Playstation and Persona 3, which I fell in love with immediately. I got my own reverse-compatible Playstation 3 in October and discovered Dragon Age. I'm very particular about the games I like, and I generally detest FPS.

Technically, I only dated once as a teenager. I had a friend-with-benefits relationship that lasted off-and-on for three years. Currently single and enjoying the lack of extra pulls on my time.

Since I'm not a huge gamer, I have a lot of non-game interests. I write, and hope to be published someday. I like a wide range of music, from musicals to Nightwish. I'm an acting student at the university, so obviously I like acting. As an offshoot of that, I love dancing of all kinds, especially when I have a good partner in ballroom dancing.

Not into...well, quite a few things. Reality TV, for a start...Survivor has outlived its brief appeal, and American Idol only saved itself by changing its whole format. Clingy boys who won't stop texting/Facebook chatting when I want to be left alone. *twitchtwitch* Bad acting, and yes, I can tell rather easily from a distance...

-what kind of gamer are you?

When I was 7 (Oh god all those years AGO) my mother and father purchased me my own personal games console, before I'd shared a Sega Megadrive with my brother, it was a clear green N64 that I still own. I grew up on Pokemon, Legend Of Zelda and Kirby. Nowadays I spend about 99.99% of my gaming time playing JRPGs and occasionally any game that reminds me of LoZ (Like Okami which is awesome)

-relationship history

I was in a relationship for 3 years (engaged too) with the man who is now my best friend even though we're still in love and act like a couple we're unwilling to give our relationship another try for now. (But here's my being the optimist and saying I have hope though)

-non game things you are into

I love anime, manga, I'm an avid writer and take care of 12 cats (most of which are my mother's) so if I'm not playing a game you'll find me lying on the sofa with my own cat reading (I read proper books too lol) or watching anime.

-non game things you are not into

Most sports (with the exception of American Football which is weird because I'm British), racist comments around me earn you a punch in the face (Y)

now for my serious answer

-what kind of gamer are you?
Mostly RPG's, not JRPG's I avoid that shit like the plague, a few action/adventure games in the Prince of Persia/Tomb Raider vein

-relationship history
Had a few serious relationships, just ended one due to very stupid reasons(race related and thats all I'll say on the matter)

-non game things you are into
Tons of pen and paper RPGS, good television dramas, comics, crime documentaries, coffee, and bubble wrap

-non game things you are not into
anything that even remotely resembles anime, manga, or japanese in origin, Deadpool, remakes/reboots of anything, people who ***** at me for my smoking, when I make sure I'm at least about 20 feet away from non smokers, hipsters, and Firefly fans... seriously, fuck those guys.

What kind of gamer are you?

I'm varied between FPS (which I'm not that bad at), RTS, Turn Based Strategy games (Advanced Wars is my current bus accomplice) and RPG. I'll play anything that either has good action, good story/action or provides me with a good challenge. Puzzle games and Sports games are a miss for me.

Also, when it comes to the PC/Console split I'm neutral.

Relationship history

Three girlfriends, two good relationships that ended mutually and one where the bit- girl cheated on me. I guess that's just the way things go when you're the nice guy. Still single and not to depressed about it. I'm too busy to be depressed anyway.

Non game things you are into

Filmmaking, writing, reading, acting, hanging out with friends, music (I play the Trumpet) and messing around with Lego. Writing is a major passion for me, Filmmaking is my career path and music/Lego are extra hobbies besides gaming.

Non game things you are not into

Never been one for the club scene. Give me a beer, a table, some cards and some friends and I'm set. I'm not that passionate for sports (except, you know, THE ROUGHRIDERS RULE) and I prefer to play recreational Basketball and Floor Hockey to the more competitive local team stuff.

Recreational drugs are a big miss, same goes for smoking.

There. Now you know more about me, whoever you are reading this.

I'm the kind of gamer that ACTUALLY ENJOYS GAMES *ahem* sorry, I am a guy who just enjoys playing different games, whether it's on PC or a console. Though I personally only have a PC (Wii doesn't count, right? I don't play on it that often anyway and when I do it's mostly Gamecube/SNES/NES games) I usually play console games when over at my friends place. I mostly play a variety of RPGs, FPSs and RTSs, like different BioWare games (oh, did I forget to mention? I'm a BioWare fanboy and I worship everything they make!!! (I'm also a Crytek fanboy... So pretty graphics... <.<)) and oblivion/fallout for RPGs, Team Fortress 2, Crysis, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. in the FPS area (no, I am not and will never play any "realistic" FPS like CoD:MW or BF:BC, I just don't find them fun) and... Well, everything from super-realistic RTS like the Total War series, to Starcraft (I and II), Dawn of War (the first one with expansions is probably my no.1 RTS of all time... Yea, I forgot, I'm a Warhammer 40K fanboy as well... :3), Command & Conquer etc. etc.

As far as human relations go, I don't have much to say... There's just one person I really care about and ever actually cared about and that person lives half the planet away. To simplify everything (as if it's needed) it's complicated.

Except for games I have a big interest in travelling, mountain climbing, windsurfing, swimming, biking, hiking, training kendo, reading (everything from manga to lovecraft to historic literature), watching films and anime, listening to music and eating candy/snacks. =9 Also I collect, paint and play a Tyranid army (Warhammer 40K tabletop) but I'm not sure if that's a game thing or just generally nerdy... :3

Also I hate lots of the stuff the majority of people my age (the years around 18 that is) do, which is drinking, going to parties, smoking, snus(ing or whatever... wiki page) and using drugs... Not that I know anyone who does, but apparently 1 out of 10 are supposed to. D:

I'm a long time PC gamer with a fondness for RPGs and story- or character-heavy games. My preferences lean towards Obsidian and BioWare releases, and my all time favorite design studio is Black Isle. I detest what I consider shallow RPGs, and I'm not fond of action-heavy games as a rule of thumb. My technical skill with most gaming is below average.

I play first person shooters and Sandbox related games on the PC, and Final Fantasy / Kingdom Hearts mostly on the other consoles. First console was a SEGA Megadrive when I was 6 (Still have it, still works), then I got a Nintendo 64 when I was about 9. I got into the whole Banjo-Kazooie and Zelda games (before Microsoft raped RARE). Then in 2008 I finally brought a new gen console Wii which I've been modifying since, and late last year I FINALLY was able to buy my own PC rig system that I built as displayed:

what kind of gamer are you?
I grew up during the Gameboy, Snes era so I have respect for the old games. I gues you can say I used to be a Nintendo Fanboy since I own a Gameboy, Snes, Gameboy Colour, Gamecube and GBA. I currently own a Wii and DS however I regret owning a Wii. While I still like to play games on it, they don't release many good games for it so I would like to own a Xbox 360.
I also have play games on the PC in the past but not many (RTS and Guild Wars)

relationship history
I'm single, straight and I had never had a relationship with a girl.

non game things you are into
I into Anime, manga and watching cartoon of most kind (I don't watch Ben 10 or Flapjack etc but I do watch shows like Young Justice and Adventure time etc). While I used to listen to House music (dance) but these days I am out of touch with is fine so I just listen to game/anime soundtracks.

non game things you are not into
I dislike playing and watching football (while I'm not into other sports but I rather watch those then to watch Football) and I hate alcohol. I also dislike heavy trance and techno music and also RnB, Rap and heavy metal.

Got into the "scene" relatively late in life (14/15) roundabout the time when the PS1 was reaching the end of its life cycle. I generally prefer games like Just Cause 2 or Diablo- I dont want to have to think too much.

-relationship history
Eh very little to put here, I was a total loner and a bit of a shut in until quite late in life, never really had a proper relationship and find the whole affair messy and distasteful. There have however been 2 or 3 girls in the past who Ive gotten very close to, only to learn years later that they had a thing for me.

TV- I watch very little TV, with stuff like Hustle, the Mentalist and Human Target being the only exceptions

I was born in the late 90's (97) so I was more of a PS2/Gamecube gamer. I did have a PS1 and a gameboy color (my first game was PKMN gold). I play games like CoD, Halo, Fallout (I have FO 1, 2, Tactics, 3, and NV), Elder scrolls (Oblivion, morrowind, and sometimes daggerfall) LBP2, Assassins creed, etc. I can't STAND RTS and racing games.

Gaming since I was 5. PS1, PS2, PC and PS3...See a connection? I like all types of games as long as they are decent. Rare to come by these days. I found that after playing CoD MWF1 I lost my patience for turn based games.

One girlfriend, lasted 2-3 years. Single now ;p

Not a fan of clubbing. Attention from women my mums age...Not that desperate. Not into working out or a lot of sports.

I like drinking with friends at home. I like reading and watching tv/movies. I also really like food.
