Rape... i hate when my friends are describing how they were playing Call of Duty by saying that they raped the other team... Really guys? You bent them over in the middle of the match and raped them? That must've been uncomfortable for both parties involved.
I dunno, I say raped in that context, just because it fits in a figurative sense. It's annoying when someone says it every second though. Can't you think of another word to use? Annihilated sounds way cooler. So does decimated.
Yes but I'd rather not have people use it meaning winning. It sends a bad message to actual victims of rape.
and I agree, annihilated and decimated are better.

Epic for me too, it's just so annoying and people seem to think they're amusing when they say it. Sometimes I just want to reach through the screen and poke them in the eye.

I hate all this word shortening text/1337 speak. My 60 year old dad uses it in his SMS messages, so I defy anyone to try and tell me it is still or ever was "cool".

'Clip'

It's a MAGAZINE goddammit! Call it a 'mag' if 'magazine' is too long, but clip is INCORRECT.

Movies do this also...
Careful man, you could make army folk angry talking like that. The term Magazine refers to its own self-contained structure that holds rounds. Clips are, in fact little pieces of metal that hold the rounds together. I.E. the strip-clips found in CoD 5, whenever you use a Garand, thats a clip (Only holding bullets by the base), but the FG-42, that's a magazine. In fact, all modern weapons (M16, MP5, Brett .50 cal) use Magazines, with the possible exceptions of certain light/heavy machine guns that use belts (which are a type of clip)

(The M249 SAW, M60 LMG, and RPD all use a belt located inside a box, they're a bit of both)

Now that thats out of the way, I have to go with noob. Its beyond words with me, seeing as I dont think I've ever said "Noob" more than 5 times. Wow guys.

Pwn.

I hate that made up word. It's a fucking TYPO.
I think it comes from the chess term "pawned" Which comes from the network chess matches, before even there was Http. you could send messages, and play chess, and good people who pawned you had to use less memory, so they shortened it to pwned. This is a one-letter resemblance to owned. See the contingency?

"you hacker"

i really hate this term becuase

1) the person is usually not a hacker and he/she is just really good

2)i have been called a hacker on call od duty 4 and world at war just becuase i can shoot with pistols really fast

i would like to thank horror games for giving me that ability
I second this. I am so tired of playing Left 4 Dead, then being accused of being a hacker because I cr0wned a witch. Damn newbs. And rage-quitters. They really irritate me. Even if you lose like 6000 to 500, you can at least watch and learn from the other team.

I will be blunt when I say pretty much all of them.
What the hell is wrong with a complete sentence structure on atleast SOME level ?

I don't care about spelling errors much if it's typed, as hell your typing on the fly, fingers move faster than brain, it happens.

Typos happen too..

typos do not become independent words..

and I can't stand the over kill of Acronyms, initializations, or alphabetisms. a " lol" here and there or a " brb" is fine, but in gaming the same 2, 3 letters can mean 20 different things half the time.

Not sure if these all fit into what you wanted to know but,
Epic, Elite/1337/31337..., Noob, Fail, Owned/Ownd/Pwnd..., Mega, Unleashed, Major, Breakthrough, Ground Breaking, (Come on, there hasn't really been all that much Ground Breaking games or features in a while, IMO), Massive, Extreme, Super, (Pretty much all the adjectives that are similar to 'Awesome/Extreme/Hardcore/Major'), Insane and such words pretty much used to advertise, or used by the major company game reviews. (IGN, PSM, OXM, GP...)

Another one here for "noob". It's the way most people sound so condescending when they use it, so it just ends up sounding like "you don't have as much time to sit around and play this game over and over like I do! You loser!".

Hmm...
