Resource mining in Mass Effect 2. Also the mission on board the derelict reaper. Husk spam makes me rage.
That's not so bad if you have someone who can use biotics.
However, on insanity, they all have loads of armour too...
I died so, so many times getting this [http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y81/Sayun/3609502f.png]...

Ive replayed Ocarina of Time more times than the years ive lived, and each time i do, I dread that temple. Its almost freakin impossible. I always seem to be ONE small key short of continuing! @.@

The Meat Circus in Psychonauts... Oh lord... Especially when you're attempting to escape. I'm surprised my eyes still remain in their sockets.

Personally, I enjoyed Halo: Combat Evolved. I still regard The Library as one of the most horrid levels in history, though. Did this even seem like a good idea at the time?
I love the Library! Its one of the few "difficult" things in FPS's anymore.

Personally I never got past that fucking skateboard thing in Jak 2.
You mean the one where you need 50,000 points? I thought that was piss easy.

You knew it was coming... and call me crazy, but I actually really enjoyed the Water Temple. I still probably couldn't think of a better-designed level in any video game. It may have been frustrating, but I spent a lot of the time just marveling at the genius behind the level design.
Your not crazy at all, the water temple is still one of the most clever designed challenges I've seen in any game, and I'm not even a fan of Zelda.

OT: I hate the tunnel challenge in the desert stage in Diablo 2. It's so frustrating having to slowly move through the really thin complex maze network blocked by a shit load of big beetles and poison slugs that explode, doing a shit load f damage if your too close.

Also Metal Fatigue with the ridiculously over-powered alien machines. I had to build a bloody army of at least 200 tanks, plains and bots to beat the regenerating health of the damn aliens, and even then it took awhile.

And SSB Melee with the metal fighters and cloaking device, I know you can just lure them of the edge but I don't like fighting that way, and the cloaking device prevents you from gaining damage?

The one where you dropped bombs within the time limit.

I just sucked at the hoverboard maybe, but damn that was horrible.

the sections where you have to man a turret in the Wanted game ruined what otherwise was decent. As for the Library it was fun as fuck just like the rest of the game
Wanted...that game!! Still plagues me, mostly because I am determined to 100% the trophies. It's an overall fine linear game, but when you go on the different modes (time attack, headshots only, melee only), instead of it being fun it's laborious. Plus the 63 COLLECTABLES. Sweet Jesus they're hard to find!!!

Dragon age, with the circle of magi going into the fade...God that was so annoying!
And KoTOR 2, although amazing I hated the beginning mission and the final mission, the only reason is that your character is all alone...really annoyed me.

Maybe my habit of playing vehicle section wearing boxing gloves is a contributing factor...
Lol! Yeah, I imagine that would prove a hinderance.

Not forgetting the impossible to kill choppers in the hoverboat level.
That was quite annoying but impossible might be taking it a little far.....

It appears that the sections I loved were maybe not quite so universally loved as I once imagined. :(

Don't be sad "/

Just because someone else doesn't like it doesn't mean that you are wrong for liking it...

The turtle Boss from shadow of the colossus. the worst part of what is otherwise one of the most perfect games.

For those of you who don't know, you have to lure this thing out of a massive cave, then onto a guyser and hope it blows in time to flip it over, then run and jump on it's stomach and stab it. then repeat till dead. and all this time, you can't get too close or it wll blow you to kingdom come!

too close , it kills you. too far, it goes back to the cave. it sucks.

What you didn't like the Psychopaths?

The last mission in Saints Row 2, and the hidden one.

You have to shoot the shit out of a car, get in a Helicopter, and go fly up and destroy 4 Security thingermajigs, then go to the top of the tower, all while getting shot at Helicopters with "Your sorry ass" Seeking Missiles, with no hopes of one missing if a helicopter actually fires one, and you can only take one ore two of these things.

You and Julius have to kill LEGIONS OF FUCKING Ultor police dudes, and then I guess you have to haul ass out of there. Because I sure as hell don't know what happens because the mission is to fucking hard.
But that final mission is so bad ass.
Damn, I want to play some SR2 right now.
