Morrowind.

It's just... so... TEDIOUS!

Every character I made, and I made a lot, I always gave them athletics as a primary skill, and the star sign of the steed, because of how long it took to get anywhere.

I just couldn't handle it.

Fallout 3

A shame too. It had a lot going for it. But just so... bloody... monotonous.

I feel bored just thinking about it.

FarCry 2 for the reasons stated above.

And also Star Ocean: Till The End of Time.....it's just so crap, and this is coming from a huge RPG fan.

The first Ratchet and Clank.

Always died before the final boss one way or another.
So did I... Until I farmed 1.000.000 bolts and bought the RYNO! :D

OT: The last games I couldn't bother to finish was Brütal Legend and Yakuza 3.
Brütal Legend went from pretty fun to awful. RTS from third person perspective isn't very clever.
Yakuza 3 was just too dull. Kick some maffia boss' ass and then spend a few hours taking care of your kids problems. Over and over!

Dark Cloud 2 and Dragon Quest VIII I've started them twice apiece and can't do it. BUT, I've recently gotten into the habit of playing grinding type games when I listen to news and podcasts and whatnot, so I have a feeling I might be able to rectify that.

Brink.

Couldn't get past day 2 on the security side because my god damn AI buddies couldn't give me ANY cover while I was trying to deliver the security card. Or whatever the hell I was doing.

I must say, that game set a record though, I'd never sold a game 3 days after getting it up until I got Brink.
i actually got something that can beat that i returned too human within 3 hours of purchasing it
OT: demon souls

I generally finish what I start, but sometimes theres better ways to spend my gaming hours.

Borderlands: My mate was super hyped about it and I was like, meh.

Earthworm Jim: I was so close to killing that queen...so damn close.

East India Company: Too much expectation of a patrician style game, unfortunately it wasnt.

Doom: I was a little kid at that stage.

Quite a few sega games: Including this crazy one where your this dolphin with like a lazer strapped to you, and you go through these kinds of underwater facilities 2d style, there was also the 7up game xD.

Age of Empires 3: Loved the other 2, especially the second, this one just didnt cut it.

Lastly, I dont count MMO's as having an end. There should be an MMO where you can "Retire" your hero and their greatest deeds are up on some statue for all to see. Would be interesting.

Alpha Protocol. Shitty guns, broken sprint function, confusing plot and bland protagonist.

To this day I can never beat the final boss (werid hi tech pinkish aircraft) in Area 88 (UN Squdron. Being an SNES game it does not have any way of sacing the progress we have today. It takes hours beating every stages to reach the final stage and the final boss can lay wastes on the lives you have gather up.

assassins creed 1. It was fun running around for a while but i just got sick of the investigations.
That game had the best setting. However, it also had poor gameplay and a barely adequate story. I bought it after AC2 and it wasn't necessary at all, I still completed it and loved it, but it didn't fit well with the series.

OT: GTA4, the story was shite, I still don't remember what part of the main story I'm up to, which is disappointing because I loved the previous 3 console games. I also need to finish up Halo 3, I just can't get past the part with the flood and the orange area, I forget what it's called. I have BF:BC2 to finish as well, but it's too boring and generic to bother with, I just can't be bothered with it. Then to finish the list off, there's Dead Rising 2, which I just do not want to play anymore; the gameplay is slow and the story is dull.
