I am a highly irritable person, and so I have many single lines that make me see red. A small cross-section that spring to mind:
"Ahh got somethin' for ya" - Borderlands
"I'm gonna shoot you in the face" - Far Cry
"OOO check me out IM DANCIN, IM DAAANCIN" - Borderlands
"Get out of here, stalker" - STALKER - Shadow of Chernobyl

Hmm STALKER is highly represented there. Its kind of notorious for looping the most annoying dialogue. Great game though.

Hmm STALKER is highly represented there. Its kind of notorious for looping the most annoying dialogue. Great game though.
Everything that Barry Burton let's out of his mouth in the original Resident Evil is in my opinion both hilarious and infuriating. Whoever wrote the dialogue of that game deserves a fist to the face.
"You were almost a Jill sandwich" after rescuing Jill from the crusher trap.
"It's a weapon. It's really powerful, especially against living things" when giving acid rounds for grenade launcher to Jill.
"I hope this is not Chris's blood" when examining the blood stains in the dining room.

The thing is, to this day, I'm really not to sure which meaning of that phrase he meant...
Oblivion: "Well met"
I know's it basically hello...but if you play as much oblivion as I did, you hear it so much it becomes significantly more maddening than the shivering isles themselves...

Ok this isn't really a repeated one line, but it annoys me every time I play the level.
In uncharted 2, on the second level where you rob the museum place, when you come out onto the roof, Nathan Drake says "There's the tower". Now, he says this, right infront of the MASSIVE tower, that fills up the whole screen basically. Flynn replies with "We're almost there now" to which Nathan Drake replies "Thanks for the update captain obvious" IT ANNOYS ME SO MUCH. HE JUST POINTED OUT THE MASSIVE TOWER IN FRONT OF HIM AND HE SAYS THAT TO FLYNN.
