Everybody has them. Little urges to do something utterly ridiculous, that no matter how many times you resist just won't go away.

Personally, I have to fight not to yell "KICK HIM IN THE CROTCH!" and run away every time I enter a crowded area.

So, what are your stupid urges? Are they crazy big things, crazy little things, or just weird habits?

I tend to chew on stuff like pencils, the "strings" from the hood of my hoodie etc.

Also every time soneoen says something, teh first thing my brain does is try to come up with a more or less funny/perverted answer. Sometimes it's really ahrd to hold back.

I have the urge to knock off a policemens helmet. 3 reasons being that 1. It's a ridiculous hat. 2. I want to see if they have coneheads 3. I want to see the policemans reaction.

Scratch my sack. I'm not even kidding. Sometimes I find my self doing it in public without even realizing it.

I mosh in public when I listen to music. They look at me like I'm out of my mind, but it just comes natural. I can't not do it.

Sometimes, i have an urge to jump off a bridge rather than cross it or something in that vein. But thankfully, i can stay reasonable.

From less lethal things, there's head-scratching and nose-picking.

That happens to me all the time. Suddenly start whipping my head around in the middle of the lunch queue in school.

Everytime I see a policeman's gun I wanna grab it and point it at someone.

Please, there is no intended sexual innuendo there.

I almost tried that with a Russian borderguard. I guess he would have shot me. Or offered me a drink, it's hard to tell, really.

OT: I have to check my cell phone every 30 seconds in public, just to make me feel like I'm doing something.

That's one of my favourite words. I assumed I'd be the only one weird enough to know such oddly specific terms, though. :D

OT: I like to do things in sets. If I type a wrong letter, I delete the wrong one and the one before it, instead of just the wrong one.

Whenever large lorries or buses pass me, I have an urge to jump out in front of them.

I'm not suicidal or anything, far from it, I just wanna see what it feels like. Entirely retarded of me, but true.

I have to try really hard. AND I MEAN REALLY HARD, not to stab people randomly whilst walking on the streets. Considering that I always carry one in my pocket (they are useful, okay?) and that I am extremely skilled at using them (I even have a white arms licence), it gets hard to resist that one impulse.

VERY HARD!
KNiiiiiiiiiiiveeeeessssssssssss.
