Not really, subject GG.
I let my evil out by running over peds in SR2. And by nuking Megaton. And killing its residents before hand.
Nuclear explosions look so much better at night by the way.

Plus you have to wait until you get the lock picking skill (if you don't have it already) to get the bobble head in town.
