Subjects Max and Toast, I always got the Skeleton Key as soon as I could just so I wouldn't have to buy many lockpicks. Also, for the quest that requires you to give up a Daedric artifact, I always gave that person the Staff of Jabberwocky, if I remember the name of that artifact correctly.
