Subject Rain, no the best thing to do is to but on an old suit like the one one Mr.Burke had in, put on a powdered wig, get the Rock-It-Launcher, and load it with Pre-War money. Then launch it at people and watch as they flee from a person giving out free money, and if your character is a guy you can look like Thomas Jefferson. I have done that and had so much fun in Megaton!
