<spoiler=Rain>I gave you permission for a plot twist, but not something on that big of a scale, GG, broke out legitimatly, yes, I should've had him thrown in the hole too, but it slipped my mind. And Tim, I thought the whole thing would stay in the asylum and not all the way in Africa.

The pup went back too Izzy and started licking her again

Tim started again. He snaped his fingers, igniting a small flame, this time, he didn't freeze it, he drew his index finger, middle finger and thumb out slightly, increasing the flame slowly. Then he used his new telakanetic powers to blow on the flame from his palm, making the flame larger and hotter.
"Heh, I'm my own blow torch." He commented.

"Yeah, yeah." Victoria laughed at him.

Izzy opened her eyes, trying to move the pup away before realizing and hugging him.
"Puppy!"

 

[Rainboq]

The pup gave a happy yip and continued licking her face

"I did it for a reason Victoria." Tim replied. "This is going to sting." He said as he moved his hand to where the flame was licking at the collar. He began to cut it, it began to glow a dull blue brfore it shocked him again. The flame went out and Tim colapsed.
"Owch." He said as he lay there.

Victoria helped Tim to his feet.
"Sweetheart. Please be more careful. I know it's a pain but I'd rather you collared than dead...?"

Izzy squealed happily.
"What's your name, Puppy?"

 

[Rainboq]

The pup changed back too 0%, "Tommy" he said before turn back too 100% and tried too play with her

Tim sighed.
"Fine." He said, watching Izzy play with Tommy. It made him feel good. "I should probably take a shower any way." He said, before heading back to his cell, grabing a towel and going to the showers.

"Tommy!" Izzy sang, petting his fur, happily.

Tommy licked Izzy then jumped on her and resumed licking

Tim entered the showers. He stripped down and turned it on. It had been a long few days, he began to wash the blood, body fluids and sweat from his form.

Izzy giggled hard, and hugged Tommy.
Victoria entered.
"Hey, where's the hug for me?" She joked, jumping on the bed.

Tommy gave Izzy a happy bark and another lick before licking Victoria on the face

--An hour later--

Tim left the showers, feeling refreshed. He entered his own cell and opened up his nightstand, within is what he usually wore, a nineteenth century suit, minuse the jacket. Perfect. He thought, and doned it. He walked back to Victorias' cell.

Tommy saw Tim and gave him a happy bark
