Aspergers makes it hard to communicate with people in person because it makes it difficult to pick up on non verbal ques. It does not prevent you from understanding right and wrong. Sure give him some pills but dont reduce his punishment just because he has a harder time of acting like less of a dick when in person.

Excuse me, my question is different. Did he even found anything on the UFO matter?

As for the prison, it's -tecnically- impossible. Gary is british, and last time I checked, US stand for United State. The USA are powerfull, but not to the point of arrest a citizen of another country. And I think that the England government will be all over Gary information, trying to steal any single private file of USA. They will obviusly try to stop, or at least buy some time, to take a look to any single Data in Gary's Harddisks...
I take it you have never heard of extradition laws. He committed several crimes in US jurisdiction including hacking into several government websites. That is easily enough to get him shipped to an American prison.

Yes, I believe in the grand scheme of things he knew what he was doing. But I'll be damned if America gets its hands on him. He's a British man, and he'll be tried in Britain. America can go throw its weight elsewhere.

The best way I can sum it up is... if people want a pet, fine, go get a dog. Bringing a human with the mental attributes of a dog into the world is cruel to the dog and society as a whole. Assburgers are worse because they have the personality attributes of a dog, but the intellect of a person, but not enough intellect or willpower to overcome their compulsions, so they wind up being worse for society than anything other than straight criminals.
This wasn't trolling up until the point I put in bold. You my friend are class A scum, which is a viewpoint I will happily be banned for. Whatever you may think of them, you have gone too far in being so derogatory. I don't understand your logic in calling these people such a name, but it is no different from calling a black person any kind of racist term a man could think of. In short, that was a real fucking horrible thing to say.

I do wonder, what has happened that makes you dislike or even hate people because of this?

It doesn't make any sense to you because you are one of the talking dogs. And of course its not funny trolling, because I'm not trolling.

Asperger's Syndrome is to the aughties what ADHD was to the nineties. It's a real disorder but has recently become considerably easy to diagnose off the bat. Asperger's is not full-blown autism, it is the mildest diagnosable form, and should have no affect on his own ethical considerations.

This guy is Paranoid beyond reason. Just because he has aspergers doesn't mean he shouldn't be punished.

So then, Kiraxa, it should be fine to cull douche bags of the highest order from the gene pool since they don't provide any benefits to the gene pool when it comes to (say) increasing the average IQ factor?
If you are culling low-IQs, yes, that'd be good for society as a whole. But culling douche bags for being douche bags? Nah. Society needs douche bags.
So much contradiction in three phrase. So, now douche bag are not low-IQs?

Yes, he is a fault. If we let him get away with it, then everyone hacker that gets caught will use the excuse.

I don't agree with his extremism, but you do know that you're only proving his point, right? That wasn't remotely intelligent, and the sarcasm isn't clear through the blind rage.

I have Aspergers quite badly and a genius IQ.
Plus a slew of other psychiatric disorders.

But do I know what is right and wrong?
Hell yes, everyone with Aspergers has an extremely strong grasp on that...

I understand the urge to know everything about a subject really bad, but hacking to get more info is wrong and he knew that beforehand. No matter what spiel his lawyer is putting on it.

My IQ is 130. By definition, that means im well above average.
COOL STORY, BRO.

OT:

Yeah, though I'm unsure as to how the Asperger's Syndrome should be taken into account.

I know that it causes high intelligence (or at least high intelligence is a sign) & shitty social skills. Not sure if judgement is affected in any way.
