So amazing. <3 Every song is inch perfect.
A rare specimen, A Strokes fan who doesn't put Is This It over Room on Fire.

Both fucking great albums though.
I love them both too, but Room on Fire just seems so much more polished to me. It could also be that while listening to that album I first started to really find my music taste. :)

I'm soooooo psyched for the new album, 22/3 can't come soon enough! :D

Razia's Shadow by Forgive Durden. It's one of my favorite musicals, and it's strictly audio. The whole thing just tickles my ears, too.

Having not heard ever album that has ever existed, I am not qualified to name the best album of all time.

Dude...
You ninja'd me on every single one of those =\
Though I think Scars on Broadway's album deserves a mention.
I figured that was enough food for thought. Great album though. I sense you could find this quite interesting if you enjoyed all those albums.

Well, maybe not of all time, but these guys are required reading in my book:

or

These two albums were defining moments for two of my favorite bands. Copeland achieved pure audio beauty while House of Heroes created an epic loosely based on WWII. If you haven't heard of these guys yet, you really should look them up.

I've struggled to figure out which of the two is better for a while. I still don't think I could say. While my favourite Strokes song, Ask Me Anything, is on the 3rd album, the first two are just start to finish amazing.

After 5 years of writing it better be good. Though I really want to see what direction they are going.

Nothing can match Thriller, it is the single best selling album of all time for a reason.
You're kidding right?
No, nothing has outsold Thriller. Just because Michael Jackson did some things to kids that would have made him appear on Dateline doesn't mean his music isn't great.

Case in point:

Pear Jam: Ten.

It was the first album I ever owned that didn't have a song I don't like.

Also, Pearl Jam.
