Well, great in my opinion can be really simple, to really advanced. I love Around the World by Daft Punks bass-line, yet its pretty simple. I would say this Red Hot Chili Pepper song, but i have yet to find a name.

I'll play the part of the super-nerd and say that I love the bassline in The Decisive Battle - the boss theme from Final Fantasy VI. Not amazing in and of itself, but it interacts with the music so freaking well.
