Timesplitters: Future Perfect. Three dollars.

I could buy a soda and a candy bar with that money, and T:FP gave me tons more hours of entertainment than food.
I got it for three pound that's around five dollars.

£3, I could get a 6 inch meatball with that ^^

Plants VS Zombies for $3.44 on Steam
Portal for FREE on Steam
Alien Swarm for FREE on Steam
pretty much everything in the Potato Sack (13 games, owned 2, 2 of them suck, so basically 9 really really great games) for $38 on Steam.

Legend of Dragoon for $5 at Wal-Mart. Never heard of it, got it, absolutely loved it!
Holy crap! That game was awesome! I remember playing that game on the PS1 with like 6 disks. I don't think I ever beat it lol

Just curious, which 2 do you think sucked? I got that pack too ( all 13 games were not previously owned) and I'm just wondering which 2 you think suck.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for about $20. I can say without ego that it was one of the best twenties I ever spent.

Got Metroid Prime from the pre-owned section for about £7.50 (well, it was a 2 for £15 deal, I think, and I got it with another less impressive game.)

I played it and could only imagine why on earth someone would want to part with it.

Question about that- I have all four Zero games already, but is the collection worth it? Is there any sort of improvement or really good bonus content?
If you have them all on GBA and can still play them, I'm going to say probably not. At least not at full price. You can unlock some artwork that can easily be found for free online, and there's an easy mode which probably doesn't mean much to anyone who's already played and beaten the games. The only really interesting thing is that you get "mod cards" for Mega Man Zero 3, which apparently were only available in the Japanese version of the original MMZ3 GBA cartridge previously. None of the effects are that exciting though. Change some costumes, change some backgrounds, mostly aesthetic changes like that. Although some of them increase the power of Zero's weapons.
Oh, and you can edit the button configurations so that you can use the X and Y buttons of the DS if you want as well.

If you can find it for a decent price, I'd grab it. All four games on one small card VS carrying around 4 bigger GBA cartridges if you need to worry about portability. But I wouldn't go full price for it.

The first Shenmue game. I all ready knew how good it was, but one day I found it in a second-hand shop for $2. Brand new, all the discs were there, the original jewel case was pristine, even the manual was perfect. Easily the greatest find I've ever had.

In terms of randomly finding a game and loving it? Battalion Wars I found one day for $4. I forgot it had even been made and I loved the Advance Wars series, so it was an awesome game for so cheap.

Out of a physical bin? I'd say The Suffering and Persona 4 for $5 from a garage sale.

Pretty sure it is universal that steam gave the best online deals to everyone, though.

the irony was not lost on me as i had to ask where it was when i could not find it on the shelfs.

and yes... i got it because of ZP, and i love it.
