By the title, I mean what thing a character said you think was the best that you can recall.

My personal best would be "I kick ass for the Lord" in the movie Dead Alive

"Saw IN a movie" I think. But anyway, it's anything and everything that the Joker says in The Dark Knight.

Not really a movie, but in Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along blog when Captain Hammer says

"She's giving it up hard, cause she's with captain Hammer, and these [holds up hands] are not the hammer.... The Hammer is my Penis"

"He was in the Ass Kickin' Business. And...

Business is goood"

or
"I ain't gonna shoot them unless they shoot at me.
[sub]Oh lord, let's hope they shoot at me...[/sub]"

Both from the same film.
Also, didn't we just have this thread pretty recently?

It is from the beginning of The Way of the Gun. Sarah Silverman starts yelling for them to get off the car. Ryan Phillipe turns around and yells the greatest insult in movie history. It is very vulger and could offend some people, so watch at your own risk. It happens at about 50 seconds in.

Once again, this could be very offensive, so be careful.

There were so many memorable lines in Snatch but it's really hard to pick out a perfect one because the best ones were huge highly detailed monologues that I would do great injustice to by trying to impersonate.

Still I guess I can still go with the classic:
"He's not the Messiah, he's a very, very naughty boy!"

-Life of Brian.

I don't know about the best, but I really liked Apocalypse Now for 'I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time...'

"It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses."
"Hit it."

Kudos if you know where this line came from.

"you despise me dont you?"
"well if i gave you any thought i probably would"
from casablanca. i heard that and just laughed.

conversely, "put the bunny back in the box" made me cringe. especially in the southern drawl.

The only time I see lines in a movie is when I have the subtitles turned on and that's very rare........

but one can never go wrong with, "You've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, punk?"
