So i recently noticed that some filmmakers (mostly Japanese mind you) can make really good movies and series that you really enjoy but after it is finished you never want to see it again (Grave of the Fireflies for example - if you don?t know look it up).

So i want to hear if you have such a movie or series (Japanese of western does not matter)

For me - i really can't decide between End of Evangaleon(cant really say i enjoyed it plus it is s**t) and Kaze no Stigma(Good series but ends with a frustrating cliffhanger and the author Died before he could finish the story)

I will be grateful for your response.

I don't want to be that guy but you're spelling is just terrible.
OT: I guess for me it would be the LOTR they're great but I never watch them when they're on TV.

Actually I almost never want to watch a movie again after I've watched it once. I will if I'm with others, but rarely do I want to on my own.

Requiem for a Dream. I mean really, if you've seen it, you know why.
Oh God! I feel ya man. For me, it has to be A.I. It's a good movie, but I find the damn thing so depressing.

EDIT: depression to depressing.

The Land Before Time.

Yes, I'm talking about that scene and anyone who has seen this film knows what scene I'm talking about.

Your post is surprising considering you have the Scar, and the 3 coldest hearts badges. But once again, I feel ya. That scene still gets me to this day.

Scar had the decency to break out into an entertaining song before his coup, and although I find Mufasas death sad, the scene in The Land Before Time is much more sad.

I somehow doubt that I'll ever watch <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.306174-2-50-Reviews-Irreversible-2002>Irréversible again, just because of how unpleasant of a watch it is. But I'd still call it a pretty good film.

Requiem for a Dream made me physically ill, and that's a testament to how good it is and how awful it is.

Somebody just had to mention The Land Before Time. Thanks for tearing up my childhood once again.

A Serious Man was also pretty awesome, but never going to watch it again.

Black Swan. I absolutely loved the movie, seeing insanity from the inside out? Awesome. But it's kind of nerve-wrecking, and I wouldn't watch it again.

This kind of hurts to read. I can't decide if you're drunk, trolling, or if those are all honest misspellings.

Anyway, considering I saw it recently, Akira. It was good most of the way through, and the animation was gorgeous, but the third act just got way too freaky for my tastes. It got all high-minded, completely throwing away all of the interesting gang/rebellion culture and character development the first two acts spent so much time cultivating.

Matrix. Good movie trilogy (or at least the first in the trilogy), but I think it's one of those movies that I can't watch over and over again which is weird because I'm the kind of person to watch a movie over and over again.

Suicide Club. I've seen it twice and loved it both times, but it is just too disturbing (for me at least) to watch again. It does, however, have some good dark humor to break it up.
