Risk or Monopoly. Best way to alienate friends I have found yet.
Oh ho? Me too! Let's play each other sometime so that we both don't bore our assorted friends to death/get them to hate you with board games.

Did anyone else play the obscure game Amazing Island for the gamecube? I found that just passing around the controller and taking that strange test to build creatures was fun. I ended up with a ridiculous amount of chance stars.

Because I'm unoriginal, Super Smash Bros. Melee and any of the Halos. Really, the latter is quite fun with friends.

Champions of Norrath for the PS2. Other than Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, I haven't been able to find another game like it.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl, I always end up in tears, laughing, whenever I play that game with my friends because of some of the ridiculous KOs we get off of one another.

Timesplitters 2.

The third wasn't as good in my opinion, but number 2 kicked all shades of arse.

What is everybody's favorite offline multiplayer game? To start it off I would say mine is Pacman Vs. on the gamecube. It always gets dished out at parties as we see who is the ultimate pacman master.

Timesplitters 2, me and my friend must have clocked thousands of hours playing the co-op story and deathmatches together.

Smackdown games on the PS2, me and my friend in tag team and handicap matches used to kick ass together.

Wii Sports...add alcohol and everyone enjoys that.

Rock Band/Guitar Hero World Tour. Got us through uni evening when we couldn't be bothered going out and made our neighbours absolutely LOVE us.

Sex?

Seriously, I enjoy almost every multiplayer game I've ever played, provided it was a PC game... I'm simply incapable of truly appreciating console multiplayer, since that bloody controller isn't a mouse+kybard.

Don't get me wrong; console games are entertaining (the ones I played were, at least), but the controllers drive me abso-fucking-lutely crazy.
