But yes it does make me sad to see over the shoulders of people in my lecture and catch glimpses of mis-used memes (even more than to see that these people are browsing Facebook during a lecture to begin with, but that's another gripe for another thread).

I have a meme for that. I can't find it now but it is the most interesting man in the world and it says I don't go to lectures but when I do I make sure to browse Facebook. I loved seeing that on someone's laptop in a lecture.

oh good god, YOU'RE RIGHT. i saw someone on facebook try to make a college related 'x all the y' meme, but he just took the original picture, typed on it with bolded impact font, and didn't even x all the y!
