Okay okay sorry guys, I thought this topic was long dead because no one was posting. Then I came back and it grew to two pages. I guess I'll change the game so that it becomes more open for others to progress the story, so the gamemaster no longer controls what happens. I'll just moderate. And I'll introduce my character soon..
Current Summary

Argura & Jarvis have met up, and together managed to struggle to the rocky outcrop just before night starts to come over the Wasteland..

Name: Dylan "Xege" Wrath

Description: Dylan is a lean and tall figure who is always dressed in his mercenary stealth suit. (Picture below). His hairstyle is a buzzcut and his hair is jet black. His face is narrow with very defined cheekbones. His eyes are emerald green and piercing. He isn't particularly muscular but is athletic and fit due to rigorous training in his older faction, The Jackals. He has a very laid back personality, although he sometimes acts irrationally and crazily. He enjoys humor and tries to crack jokes all the time, however often failing to make any good ones.
History: As a child, Xege lived a very strict and rigorous life of training under his parents who both had military experience. He never enjoyed the hard training and eventually ran away from home to seek a life with local street gangs. After the government screwup, he got inducted into a faction named The Jackals and lived in their wasteland headquarters, but got kicked out of the faction due to his lack of discipline, which disgusted the leaders of the faction. He somehow managed to survive the trip back to Haven and is now looking for some other way to make a living in Dystopia.

When the GM declares that the players continue the story by themselves, all hell brakes loose. I've seen it. Doing something to another player is fine (i.e fighting, conversation, helping each other), but when players advance the story by themselves without fully understanding what the world is about or what is the end-game goal, the thread dieing is unavoidable.
Pretty much, you should just stick with advancing the story and occasionally stepping back for the Players to do some conversations/actions by themselves like Dragonrabbit and Nia-San did.

I will further the main plot of the storyline most of the time, but I will not write big blocks of text like in the first update. Instead, I will provide short snippets of summary followed by the next scenario, and players will further the plot following that.
Argura & Jarvis
Night falls over the wasteland. Argura knows what comes next: The Accidents. Lots of them. In his current condition, there was not much chance they could withstand a full battle. They would have to be completely still and quiet to allow The Accidents to pass without noticing them, then leaving for Haven or some other area before dawn broke.
Trikly & Xege
Trikly approached the local street thugs, and one immediately caught his eye. He was dressed in an exquisite stealth suit. It seemed odd that the local folk would have access to this kind of equipment...
Trikly asked the nearest thug, "Hello there, i'm looking for a faction to join, care to help out?"
The thug simply replied with, "Fuck off."
Xege, the person behind the stealth suit, simply remained quiet. As the gang dispersed, he approached Trikly slowly.
Xege > Trikly > "That's a dangerous thing to do, querying local gangs about factions. You mentally sound?"

Sighs > Continue > "I've always wanted to lead another group.. which will not be labelled a 'faction'. They're the scum of the Earth."

Jimmy wandered the streets of the Military district, aimlessly looking around and admiring the equipment and weaponry in the area. He had been living in the Communal district for a while now but recently took up an interest in the military lifestyle. Exploring the military areas was a visit back into his older life in the army.
He was reaching the end of his daily walk around the military district and approaching the marker of the Communal area. He sighed and took one look back, before turning around and spotting more eye-candy: A man in a stealth suit talking to another person in an army jacket.
Something awesome could happen here.
Jimmy> Approaches talking men cautiously> Hides behind wall.
"Hmmmm maybe they've got a unit I could join. They both look like military types." He thought to himself.
