A lot of you don't seem to know what an Easter Egg is and the other half are REALLY stretching it.

Here's what I got:
-When Batman "Returns" for the first time the older police officer states to the younger officer "You're in for a show tonight", which is a quick reference to a similar scene in the graphic novel "The Dark Knight Returns". Where Batman comes back after decades of being absent and a similar situation happens between a older cop and a more younger cop who doesnt understand just who Batman is.

-When Ra's Al Ghul talks to Bruce Wayne in Batman Begins about his past life they are talking in front of a camp fire, when Miranda/Talia is talking to Bruce about her past they are talking in front of a fire.

-Also at the end Gordon quotes "A Tale of Two Cities" which Nolan has stated was part of the inspiration for the script.

I'm sad because I just know that if Heath Ledger were still around, Nolan would have had him be the judge of that courtroom
Nah he would have found something else for the joker cause the joker being the judge wouldnt make sense for that. If you ask me i dont think the joker would have gotten along with bane at all which is why i have the theory that the reason the joker isnt in this is cause bane killed the joker so he wouldnt cause trouble.

OT: the red hood ones a bit of a stretch but the killer croc ones an awesome, also about how jon blake sounds a lot like tim drake, it does, and also jons actual name being robin and how hes also an orphan like tim drake was.
I agree with you on the joker bit. Bane's plan depended on organization, to add a volatile mixture like the Joker to that would probably fuck things up. He likely had him killed to prevent this.
the omniscience of Bane and the chaos of the Joker. That would be an unstoppable force against an immovable object.
Hardly.
Bane has an army of heavily armed thugs, The Joker is alone, and likely locked in a cell.
Bane's minions are perfectly willing to die for the cause, The Joker has to hire the mentally unstable.

I am surprised that barely anyone if anyone at all has mentioned the fact that Batman's final suit in Rises is grey with a black emblem in the middle (well the whole middle section is black i suppose).
Its actually the first time that a true black and grey batsuit has appeared in a Batman film, unless you count the weird but awesome/hilarious Adam West Batmans of the sixties! I thought it was a nice touch but hardly anyone has mentioned it! Also, the Red Hood one was actually pretty cool but didnt really notice it till i saw it writ down on a forum about Nolan's Easter eggs and Under the Red Hood is one of my favourite of the animated films!

Suprised no one caught this, but when Bruce first leaves his house going to visit fox, fox says "So you have come out of your crypto sleep." Victor Fries aka mr. Freeze put his wife to crypto spleen so he could have time to figure out the disease that's killing her.

Tim drake was not an orphan. You're thinking of dick Grayson.
Correction. Tim Drake didn't start out as an orphan. Poor Tim :-(

I can't believe they left the trilogy like that! however it could easily open up into the Justice League, so maybe that is what they are planning.
Nope, they're rebooting the franchise.

Well, Ra's as Gul appearance was kind of an Easter Egg, wasn't it? I was surprised to see him!
....really? :p

I found all of the little plot twists very preditable, but then I was able to guess who the characters were going to be just from the casting sheet so maybe I'm just too into my Batman...

I DEMAND that Johnny Depp plays the Joker, Jim Carrey comes back as the Riddler, A Bane with Venom (however the one without is pretty badass) And Killer Croc to make appearances in this new reboot. If not i will be deeply upset!

Please tell me that was an auto-correct... :')

At the end during the funeral, the gravestone says Bruce Wayne on it.

Since nobody else knows that Bruce is actually Batman (apart from those at the funeral) how would they explain Wayne's death?

I surprised no one has mentioned this, but
In the animated series, Roland Daggett runs a rival corporation called Daggett Industries. In the movie, there's a character named John Daggett running a rival company and using Bane to take Wayne Enterprises down.
There was also a character named Daggett in the X-Files, who was played by Robert Patrick, who co-starred in Terminator 2 with Arnold Schwarzenegger, who once played Mr. Freeze

OMG.
Christopher Nolan has accomplished the impossible. A reference to a reference within a reference.
We must go deeper. Referenception.

OT: Besides Killer Croc, the Catwoman Ears, the Robin Lead-in and Bane broken over Knee thing, I'm pretty blind to references from Comic Books (Sadly, I've read two Ultimate Spider-Men and One Ultimate X-Men and that's it, barring Watchmen), but I did find the movie's 3rd act is Vaguely (in imagery) reminiscent to Fritz Lang's Metropolis, and that was kind of cool. Problem is I couldn't put Dr. Rotwang and Freder into Bane & Batman's shoes, respectively, but it was still kind of cool.

Here's a veritable treasure trove of easter eggs: http://imgur.com/a/3EpQo
In addition, the design of the fusion reactor echoes the other Wayne Enterprises device captured in the first movie by the League of Shadows.
