The Archivist

I like to collect and order things. No particular reason, other to have everything nicely organized in case someone comes looking for it. They could say, "Hey, have you got..?" and I could go "Sure, third shelf on the left, behind 'The Shadow Proclamation For Dummies'".

The Dean.

Because I would go around solving other peoples problems, whether I had a clue about it or not... XD

The Joker. Seriously, it's awesome. I'd just need to be insane, kind of like a mix of The Master, and The Joker (From The Dark Knight, obviously) Except be good, like The Doctor.

Maybe... I dunno, like "The Artist" or something. As long as I'm insane.

Or perhaps "The Observer". That would be cool.

If I'm insane.

Possible options are:
The Monarch (not the green frog thing from the 5th Doctor era though)
The Shadow
The Spectre
The President
The Juggernaut...
The Dark Knight
The Funky Phantom...
The Mupkip...
Yeah I'm out of ideas now but any of the above are good.

The Dragon ('cos I'm reborn at the end of every series! Cookies for the reference).

Or, The Judge. I'd carry around a mallet and slam it when I make decisions.

I would go for the Juggernaut but someone already said that so I would say I would be the Surgeon and constantly be inspired.

The Nemesis, or The Gradius if you're watching in Japan

EDIT:
For those confused by the SPLINK! reference, it's from a road safety advert shown on British TV in the 1970s, starring Jon Pertwee who was of course one incarnation of the Doctor...
