Like the Doctor, protecting the Laws of Time, but unlike the Doctor, I'd use what force I saw necessary to make sure that Time was stable. Having access to Time Lord technology would make that easy. Can anyone say "Erased History"?.

Of course, I'd be deployed as needed, rather than like the Doctor, who flew around in space/time as he pleased.
