I think the whole duck-face thing looks really stupid, whenever i see pictures of girls doing this, i cringe. The "trendy" way that girls are using now is utterly disgraceful.

The "duck face" is essentially trying to emulate two trends which I'm pretty sure celebrities started. They're either trying to emulate kissing or blowing a kiss to the camera, a trend that actually started with Marilyn Monroe:

But no matter the reason, they all end up trying too hard and it just looks terrible and awkward.
