The clothes are useless disgusting wannabee trenchcoats and gross underwear and pants.

The head on your staff is only a simple adornment, however it causes the
Death Knight effect. This means that, like the death knight in WoW, you will be hated by most regular villagers. This will make it harder for you to talk to them as well. The head does have a positive though. You will be less likely to be attacked, because the press scares everyone, even if it is just a head.

oh and i can make you a medic if you want...
