The Escapist Avatar Adventure: An Open RP (Now Re-Opened!)

Frank sighed and thought back to his death, "Well Tomoya, I didn't die because of Tabitha, I actually decapitated some sort of clone of her. When I left the ship, Zechs ran after me, and after not liking my actions for quite some time, combined with a jealously beyond all belief for the now-Flagship of the Swedish Air Fleet, The Megas, he brought about my doom. He destroyed the Megas, and then used SUNGLASSES..." Frank shuddered, "to resist the power of my camera," Frank lifted it up, "and then... and then... gimme a moment I gotta check back a few pages, it's like 243 or something..." Frank pondered, "Oh yes, he destroyed Megas except for the torso, then he shoved his sword into the cockpit, which is the part where I died," Frank chuckled sipping more wine.

"And, your resurrection?" Tomoya asked, now interested.

"Well, let's just say some contracts weren't filled out, so Boss Man had to send another "client" in from other work on Earth to handle the situation here," Frank gestured to Sev, "And that's where he came in. Once he fought you guys in that epic battle of The Field, he severed all ties with Boss Man, created the New Swedish Empire, and found a way for me to return to the living," Frank's face saddened, he remembered what condition Sev was in when he resurrected him, half his face was sliced off, his metal arm was smoking, his hair was matted down with dried blood, and he was covered in grime. Sev stood at a podium, giving out orders to the other members of Castle Sanguine, the metal half of his face shimmering under the artificial lights of the Command Center.

"He's done a lot for me Tomoya, hell, he's always done a lot," Frank finished, sipping up the last of his wine. A zombie erupted from the ground and refilled his glass.

The Core spoke and sounded tired. "I have daughters i need to birth now, their eggs are larger and more bulky. But you may go to your quarters or do what you like. The battle will be soon, if you wish to practice, you may do so on the drones or robots, they'll adapt to your fighting and pose a challenge. there may be no glory in fighting and killing them but it would hone you skills."
A low purr emanated from the Queen. "Red, i view you as an equal, it is a rare occurrence of my species. I don't like the fact that a human is in my domain but i respect choices made by friends."
She lowered her Head to Caim. "You're dangerous, i like that." She reached out with one of her hands stopping it just before The human. "I respect requests." She returned back up to her full height.




At the castle the hologram device rang again and Sev pulled it out. "You again? what do you want, i got planets to blow up and shit." The Queen turned to Frank. "I've seen your file, I don't have eyes, so no camera tricks." and the hologram cut out.

"Sounds tough, you should try being a hero once in a while, its good, but I know out of anyone that for good to exist there has to be evil in the world, ahh, so annoying!" Tomoya yells while scrambling his hair, and everyone looks at him like he is a loony, "Im tired, where are my quatars while I am staying here at Castle Sanguine?" Tomoya asks Lord Sev while drinking from his mysterious flask.

After the queen left, Red turned to Caim, "Our existence has become a strange one, wouldn't you say Caim?"

Caim shrugged and answered "It doesn't matter, I get what I want and you get allies. Seems to work out." With a yawn, he continued, "I'm tired from that last battle, let's get some sleep dragon."

Angelus chuckled and remarked "I believe that is the most sane thought that has ever come from your mind. But I agree, I am tired as well."

Thus, the pact-partners, lead by a drone, found their quarters and slept, anticipating future battles in their sleep.

Meanwhile in Castle Sanguine....

A little black aperture robot flew up to ken out of the rubble. it stopped in front of him and a hologram of the queen appeared.
"You seem reasonable, I'll leave the planet to you if you let me and the dragon with her rider escape to another planet. I'll even send you the coordinates to Sev's castle to sweeten the deal. Please forgive my predecessors, they were nothing but ruthless animals, i have evolved past them."

"You have yourself a deal. Though I would hurry if I were you, I have some nasty plans for this planet and you probably don't want to be on it when they take place," Tiberius said to the queen of these aliens. That information would come in handy later when he would need to take out the opposition quickly. He eagerly waited for the queen's response.

The core slid into Red's room. "My friend, brace yourself, we'll be taking off in a few minutes. please don't freak out, we'll be going into space. in the computers there's another hospitable planet and i think you might like it there."

Caim looked at the queen in surprise, "Leaving?! I thought we were going to fight the sky man! I was looking forward to that too! Come Angelus, reason with her!"

Red shook her head and communicated to Caim's mind, "There will be more battles to come, Caim; regardless if it's on this world or not. I am sure that this man will follow us, especially after claiming a new world. Gods knows if he does. We have an obligation to the queen, and a sense of stability being on her side. There is advantage in this, especially were we to cross her. She'd have you implanted with a 'face hugger', which doesn't sound very good mind you, in a heart beat. This is for our own good Caim. Besides, I thought you said that you were bored of human combatants anyway? Perhaps this will be a time to prove yourself?"

Caim looked to the floor and thought for a moment, weighing the dragon's words on his mind. She was always the smarter of the two, and having thousands of years of experience over him was certainly an advantage as well. He grudgingly nodded and waited for the ship to take off, tightly gripping a flank of the dragon's as the vibrations of the ship grew.

There were many mechanical sounds and alien chatter as the ship prepared to lift off, the vibrations and noises growing intensely louder as time went onward. With a final siren, Caim and Red could see (out of a window) the ship lifting off of the ground and the earth quickly fading away from their line of site.

"Take heart, Caim. It is not as if this place was our true home. It is merely a replication, or an alternate version. I talked a bit with the queen whilst you slept. That world was not ours, and will never be. I don't think our old world even exists anymore... Do you remember anything of our departure?"

Caim shook his head "All I remember was a bright light, similar to the one when we escaped that man's stomach, and we were in that canyon. I think we were flying, and we just... ended up there I guess... What do you think will happen now?" .

"I don't know. For once in my span of years, I don't know. I will speak with the queen about our discussion, however. One moment."

Red turned to the queen again, and gave a quick summation of their concerns with Ken, and how the two's great mistrust for him, ending with, "Even if you were able to garner some form of amnesty from him, queen, I fear that he will attempt to attack us with our backs turned. We don't know this man, and he obviously has a love for conquest and destruction. Who's to say he won't attack your hive next? I would watch his moves closely, and be ready for the offense."

Meanwhile at Sev's castle of DOOMED...chillidogs

Tomoya asked about where he would be sleeping, but a sudden vibration came from his watch, "Excuse me Sev" Tomoya said as he walked into the nearest corridor and flipped open his computer watch "What is it Gaz?" Tomoya asked his ship's AI, "We have major activity at Area Origin" Gaz speaks with grave fear, "You mean something from there, where The BlackHawke came from and I got resurrected" Tomoya asked, "Indeed" Gaz said, "That means the only thing in that area that can cause that kind of damage is...crap, they're trying to escape, the bastards, keep track of whatever they escaping in!" Tomoya said as he suddenly ran back to Sev and Frank.

A sudden sprinting Tomoya entered the room and Sev and Frank where surprised, "Sev we have a problem" Tomoya speaks to the Lord of Hate, "What is it?" Frank asked, "I just heard that we have major activity at the Aperture Science labs, my people say it's a ship, do you two know anything about this while working with Justin and Miss. Glad0s?" Tomoya asked the pair.

Also to the new people or people who don't know who Justin and Miss. Glad0s are, they're basically the villains who ran AP science before the aliens.

And how I know about their plan to escape, easy, my ship has been overlooking area origin for a long time since its the place where I resurrected and got my ship (And destroyed a mountain), and Tomoya also knew that Ap science was there due to seeing a building with a large ap symbol on it (This was like one arch ago and I was mist then, a very confusing story)

"This place is completely uncharted, the co-ordinates were destroyed about 5 minutes ago when we landed. We're currently in a mini dyson sphere, the entrance into it is in deep space, far out in uncharted territory. The others will find there way here eventually. The species is draconic like but completely unrelated to you as they are humanoid in form. you ask to have war and i give it to you endless.
The labs have landed again and are cloaked, so as not to let the people know about it. One more note, they're medieval era people, swords and knights galore. Have fun Red." A picture of a grassy plain with a town popped up on the Hologram.

I was actually avoiding the site for a while based on something I did somewhere else, but that's all in the past. Unfortunately, it also means I've lost the plot a lot for this, so I'll need someone else to explain who everyone is and what they're all doing.

In the meantime, since my 'regular' isn't my avatar any more, I'll have to introduce you to this guy. (NB: The only person I won't ever write a sheet for is the 'regular' I just brought up. Most of the older players should know her.)

Name: Neku Sakuraba (do not call him 'Phones' if you like being alive)

Personality: This can be summed up in a single quote from the game about friends: "They laugh and talk like idiots and pretend to agree with you--so you end up caring about them...exposing yourself...getting HURT... Screw it! We're better off without them! You want people in your way? Dragging you down? I don't!" That's actually why he wears the headphones; to stop chatter from outside getting in.

Abilities: So far, Neku is the only recorded 'Player' of the Reapers' Game capable of using the 'psych' of every pin he's ever put on. (To keep things fair, I'll stick to the first six pins he gets: Pyrokinesis, Shockwave (basic melee attack), Psychokinesis, Force Rounds (mind bullets), Thunderbolt and Cure Drink. All of them only get a few uses before needing to recharge, too.) He's also a decent sprinter, and can 'power-dash' short distances to get around things.

Prior appearances: The World Ends With You, and is due to make at least a cameo in Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance.

What happened to her I think I either forgot or missed her exit.

And didn't you have another Touhou character locked up in AP labs...good luck getting her out of there due to the fact that it is alien territory now and that it is in space.

Sorry for being picky, nosey or whatever, its just I am confused about you right now, and I hate being confused. (Also Jakeman is evil sonic now and we have another new villain called "The Thinker", he's based of that artwork of that guy sitting on that toilet...I kid, I kid)

Caim gripped his sword, and his familiar expression of blood-lust glazed over his eyes, "Forget what I said about her, Angelus. This lady knows how to deliver!"
Angelus chuckled and said to the queen, "My companion is most appreciative of your services, good queen, and I ask if you have any intentions of actually conquering this rock? As much as Caim likes to fight, I like having some form of goal."

Red bowed her head to the queen, "We are most grateful queen. I look forward to our working together again." As the door closed, Caim, mounted upon the dragon, asked "So, what section do you want to take first?"

"None."

"WHAT?! What is your deal, dragon? I thought we went along with this queen so we find more places for battle! Explain yourself."

The dragon took flight, and continued, "The queen said that these people would see us as gods. Why not raise an army? We still want to deal with that man from the sky, do we not?"

Caim was fuming by this point. Having been denied access from battle, glory, and the spilling of blood, he was just about to jump off the dragon and go randomly attacking whatever moved; however, as much as he hated to admit it, the dragon was right again.

She continued, "Besides, we should set up a base of operations. I have longed for having a territory once more. All we need to do is find two rival factions in this world and take a side. It is the same for every human esque place, always fighting."

Caim calmed at these words, "So.... We can fight someone?"

"After we establish a place of our own."

He paused, holding tightly to the dragon's neck "You'd better be right about this, dragon."

"Have I ever been otherwise?"

Before Caim could answer, he heard a fluttering of wings; large birdlike creatures were heading straight for the two, and they didn't look friendly. As the first of the dragon's fireballs escaped her maw, Caim forgave her, for now.

This one's mostly directed at Shaun. If I'm going to join you, I have to know pretty much exactly where the heck you are... And don't worry, Youmu will eventually come back. And I don't know how I got to playing Zero.

Zero, Sev, Tomoya, and Frank awoke the next morning drowsy and sluggish.

"You know I can hear you when you play with that Dartboard, your room's right above mine," Tomoya yawned at the Mighty Kitchen Table of DOOM, where the Royal Two of Castle Sanguine normally ate their meals.

"Sorry 'bout that, too much fun," Sev slammed his head against the table to try and reinvigorate himself.

"Well Zero snores like twelve bull elephants," Frank snapped and a zombie gave him his Cinnamon Toast Crunch, the most delicious cereal of all time.

"Well EXCUSE ME PRINCESS, but I have allergies this time of the year," Zero retorted, pouring some chocolate milk. Sev looked around at the ridiculousness of the scenario, it was a good thing Sonic nor The Thinker were here... the stupidity of it all might've caused brain damage.

"Gents, stop your bickering, we have plans to draw out, armies to command, people to kill, and White Castle to eat," Sev ordered, standing up.

"The Swedish Army has increased a thousand-fold ever since my induction as Swedish Emperor, but the power of Tiberius is too great for me and my troops alone. We'll need strategy, we'll need men, and most of all," Sev removed his eyepatch and opened his covered eye, revealing a shimmering gold iris that sparkled and pulsated, "We'll need a miracle."

The queen could feel her strands thinning out and stored her personality in a core and sent it into Glados' office. She reached out to Red's life strings and danced upon them. "You are a good friend, unfortunately my presssencce in this plane of exissstanccce has come to a clossse. I apologize for putting this on you, but the thing that's about to make me move on is an extremely good place for Cain to vent his blood lust. You can now tell where this creature is, follow your gut. Angelus... what a beautiful name..." and left the word's in Red's stings.

The queen awaited her fiat on her throne.

Xero is extremely deadly and a god a CQC.
His mind is a mystery to most people and likes a little fun when killing.

Note: He runs off of energy.

As a cyborg assigned to an elite team of super-specialists, Xero's skills are inhuman and deadly. He can be easily classified as a ninja and a swordsman, and his specialty is stealth and melee combat. He constantly exhibits feats of super strength (hacking through people, metal, and machines with relative ease and crushing opponents with his bare hands), super speed (and how), as well as superhuman reflexes and endurance (redirecting, splitting, dodging bullets as well as resisting them).

The metal door started getting dents in it. after a minute it gave way. Xero blazed past all of the turrets, destroying each of them. He raced for the the cafeteria and arrived in a matter of minutes.

The Queen crept into his life strings and spoke into him. "sssso the time hasss come, hass it?"

"You're going to become my new trophy."

"You are being traccced thisss very moment, you're location shall be known from thisss point on."

"You *****!" He screamed and Xero materialized his swords, and formed them into an energy bow. With a precision shot, he split the queens head in half, killing her.

He leaped out of the labs and dashed into a nearby forest.

The dragoness screamed at the feel of the queen's loss. She had encroached upon a bond meant only for two, and they suffered for it. She also felt a twinge of anger for her name being known to another, as dragon's do not give their names easily, and then sadness; for she had lost a grand ally and friend as quickly as she had gained one. Caim too, felt the dragon's emotions rush through him, nearly being overwhelmed by them. As the dragon calmed, and burned the last creature in the sky, she felt a tug in her mind; almost like Caim's when he called. But this one was different, and Caim felt it too.

She followed the tug, and anger rose in her blood again when she realized who this was. "Murderer..." she growled, fire burning, ready to be released from her jaws. Caim felt the lust for blood wash over him as well, stronger than his; more passionate even.

So, this was a dragon.

A creature of fire, of anger, of destruction. Red had done well to keep herself reigned in, especially with so violent of a partner. Now, with the loss of one creature that she could even possibly relate to, aside from her normal partner (Face it, she's gotta get sick of him sometimes), she was out for revenge.

To Caim, these feelings were no stranger to him; but it was... Odd, seeing it painted upon the dragon, the calmest one of all of his compatriots (when he had more than her). "Angelus?"
The dragon gave no response. All Caim could do, was to hold on tightly for the ride.
